Stylish 2BR &1LR Apt, Prime Belgian Location

De locatie was perfect! Ruime slaapkamers en ruime woonkamer. We hebben er echt enkel geslapen na een dag en nacht in Gent.

Het matras in de slaapkamer waar 2 bedden stonden moet vervangen worden. Het is alsof je op een heuvel ligt, niet comfortabel.

I loved the quirkiness of the property. We were only there for one night and had everything we needed.

How low the beams were. You really had to keep your wits about you entering the main bedroom. We had difficulty getting 4 large heavy suitcases up the two levels of narrow winding staircase.

La posizione ottima, l'arredamento moderno, spazioso e pulito. Abbiamo trovato anche le cose necessarie per un breve soggiorno.

Le indicazioni per il checkin non sono state affatto chiare. Ho dovuto chiedere le istruzioni almeno 5 volte prima di ottenere il link corretto e funzionante. Continuavano a rispondere automaticamente inviando il link sbagliato nonostante stessi facendo notare che non trovavamo le informazioni necessarie. Altra nota negativa è stata la mancanza di assistenza una volta entrati. Infatti dopo aver fatto notare che i 2 su 3 ventilatori presenti non erano funzionanti, ci hanno risposto che avrebbero provveduto a sostituirli ma non è stato fatto. Abbiamo continuato a chiederlo fino a tarda serata ma ci sono state date risposte vaghe e superficiali nonostante fossero giornate davvero calde e afose. La casa è mansardata per cui quando siamo entrate la casa era soffocante (sconsigliata per chi è molto alto)
