Perfect for a group of 6 friends wanting to explore Ghent.

The location was perfect - in a quiet area but a few minutes walk from the buzzing city centre. The property had been sympathetically renovated and we loved it's quirkyness. The little balcony on the top floor was just brilliant!

The stairs are undoubtedly very steep and very narrow, but we were warned about this in advance so they weren't really a surprise.

Very well designed place, comfortable for families and couples alike. The attention to detail was apparent on every space of the house. The street is peaceful and the location excellent!

Beautiful house with great amenities in a central location. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is a little dark due to the outside plants, but comfortable and very well equipped.

One bathroom was broken- but owner let us know plenty of time ahead and gave us a discount.

Lovely and interesting house, spotlessly clean, and close to everything for exploring.

The house is lovely and set in a quiet residential area, that is close enough to walk into the city centre to explore. The house has everything we needed ti be able to cook breakfast before heading out.

Lovely accommodation in a central location in a great city!.

Keypad entry system is great as this meant that any of our group staying there could come and go without the need for passing a set of keys around. Bedrooms are a good size and the ground floor kitchen/dining room made for a nice place to sit and have a few drinks. The house is well equipped with everything you could need for pleasant stay. Location is very good, being just five minutes walk from the main attractions in the city and with plenty of bars and restaurants close by too. Overall, highly recommended.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like personally about this property. It is probably worth noting that the winding stairs up to the bedrooms, typical of many properties in this part of the world, could potentially provide a challenge to persons with mobility issues.

Uriges Haus in top Lage für fitte Leute

Das Haus hat viel Charme und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Badezimmer sind sehr hübsch und individuell gestaltet. Zentrum des Hauses ist die offene Küche und der große Esstisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer liegen auf 3 unterschiedlichen Ebenen, was für Privatsphäre sorgt. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch nah zum Zentrum. Parken hat unkompliziert geklappt! Tipp für einen Ausflug nach Brüssel mit dem Auto: erst das Atomium besuchen (am besten vorher online Tickets besorgen) und dann am Bahnhof Schaerbeek parken, es sind von dort nur 2 Stationen mit der Bahn ins Zentrum.

Es gibt in dem Haus kein Wohnzimmer und die Fernsehecke kann von maximal 3 Personen gleichzeitig genutzt werden. Uns fehlte abends die Couch zum Relaxen nach den anstrengenden Städtetouren. Die Treppen sind eine Herausforderung, besonders mit Gepäck. Es gibt keine Waschbecken in den Toiletten.
