Spacious & Stylish 3 adjacent Bedrooms Stay in Central Ghent

Location.

The presentation was such that we understood that the whole apartment includes 3 separate bedrooms, shared bathroom and kitchen. We booked this apartment expecting it will be only us. We travelled as familly of 6, 5 adults and child of 5. Instead, it is actually half of the house (3 storries high) with 6 bedrooms, one shared shower and 2 toiletts (on the 2nd floor). Other half is the same and 12 rooms share kitchen with washing and drying machines. This was dissapointing, especially having very loud people in other rooms. First evening we were out of light in all 3 rooms, shower and toiletts. We were back from dinner at around 10 PM and waited for repair untill midnight. Next night, water dripping on my face from the cealing woke me up at around 1 AM... Room B, bellow showers and toilet... bed is just bellow. I was informed repair was made next morning at 10.45 AM. Communication with the property was confusing, conflicting messages. Property did not respond to my reepeated request for compensation, not even offered another room. We stayed at this place for 5 days.
