The location was perfect, it was in walking distance of all known highlights and nightlife. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. Even though it was a self check in procedure the hosts were easy to contact through WhatsApp with any questions. Which made everything so much easier.
It kind of was my own fault. But I booked the room based on the rooftop space. I couldn't really see before hand which room we were getting. And sadly in the end the rooftop was not part of our rooms.

Lovely modern apartment with all the facilities/amenities we needed. The bed was really comfortable and there are plenty extra linen if one should need it. The complimentary coffee pods/tea/sugar were a nice touch. Easy check-in and the apartment was nice and clean.
Everything was perfect.

The apartment was lovely — light, fresh and very comfortable, with a fantastic location for exploring Ghent on foot. Access was straightforward and communication was professional, proactive and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing we would mention is that the stairs leading up to the mezzanine sleeping area are quite steep and have no handrail. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it is worth being aware of when booking. We wouldn’t consider the apartment suitable for young children or for anyone with reduced mobility or who is less confident on stairs.

Location is perfect and things are relatively new. Self-checking and out are great and clear.
These pictures here are from another apartment. There are three in the building. Sofa bed needs a better mattress, was a hard sleeping night.
