Spacious. Centrally located and very comfortable with a nice outside area. Helpful and friendly host. Really convenient private parking.
As it is so central, the trams pass right outside the bedroom window. They stop from around 12pm but earplugs recommended.

Fantastic location and very close to the town centre. Lots of choice near by to dine at. Very comfortable bed - with lovely chocolate treats on arrival. Everything was very clean (apart from the outdoor seating area).
The tram runs right outside the bedroom window frequently until 1.30 am every night except Sunday when it is 11.30 am. No one was able to meet me on arrival but had check in details sent however a heads up on which lock box and which door to enter inside the foyer would be useful. There was a sign but it was dark - maybe also letting future guests know about the light switch and the self locking front door. I also hadn't read the small print regarding the tourist tax and leaving cash to pay for this - ending up paying using my Wises card as didn't have cash.

Gorgeous flat, wonderful host
It gets a bit noisy with the tram line right outside the bedroom window, but nothing that earplugs can't solve
