Maison Drappier

Fantastic location and very close to the town centre. Lots of choice near by to dine at. Very comfortable bed - with lovely chocolate treats on arrival. Everything was very clean (apart from the outdoor seating area).

The tram runs right outside the bedroom window frequently until 1.30 am every night except Sunday when it is 11.30 am. No one was able to meet me on arrival but had check in details sent however a heads up on which lock box and which door to enter inside the foyer would be useful. There was a sign but it was dark - maybe also letting future guests know about the light switch and the self locking front door. I also hadn't read the small print regarding the tourist tax and leaving cash to pay for this - ending up paying using my Wises card as didn't have cash.

It gets a bit noisy with the tram line right outside the bedroom window, but nothing that earplugs can't solve

The communication with the owner was excellent. The access to public transport and ease of using trams and trains was very accessible. Location close to shops and other facilities.

The crockery was unsuitable for the microwave as it asorbs the heat rather than the food in it. However this can be easily solved by provision of proper microwave containers.

Immaculate flat in a lovely building. Great location to walk into town & right by the tram to the station. The outdoor terrace worked great in the heat. Large kitchen, everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend.
