Tram line passes outside the livingroom windows so it can be a noisy for light sleepers.

Fabulous apartment...would have stayed there a lot longer. Will definately stay again. Beautifully decorated and large open plan litchen, liveing room and bedroom. Quirky and wonderful with a perfect location

Really cool apartment, interesting open plan design, the fireplace was huge. Location was fantastic... Walkable to everything in 10-15mins.

As the building is older, we sometimes felt it was abit noisy from the street; tram, people yelling late at night and upstairs neighbor walking around. We did use ear plugs and we were fine.

It's a beautiful space and the location is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is spacious, there's everything you could possibly need to cook. I think this is one of the loveliest places I've stayed. I will absolutely stay here again.

Overall a nice place but not sure if I would go again

- Beautiful place, really nicely decorated - Great location, near parking, super market, coffee places - Easy check in

- On the day of arrival we were told that the shower was leaking so we couldn’t use it. The studio has a bath so we had to use that. We were offered a late check out for the inconvenience. But we had plans on the day of checking out so we didn’t need it and we’re offered a €20 discount after asking (hasn’t come through yet). It’s outside the managers/owners control, but really not great and I’m not sure if everything was done in order to fix it. - Major downside is that people have been smoking in the apartment and the smell is really strong. As non smokers we really didn’t like it. - No curtains at the street side where there are really big windows and opposite neighbors can see/watch everything. Even the end of the bed if the lights are on -Overall a nice place but not sure if I would go again

Great location and beautiful appartment, but too noisy for a relaxed stay

The design of the room is really nice. Also very central.

Communication with host and definitely be aware of the noisiness of the upstairs long stay neighbours. The building is very noisy and the people upstairs don't consider the guests below. Walking up and down very loudly all night and playing loud music, (until 1PM). Also when I asked the host to checkout a little later, since I was not feeling well, there was no response. And half an hour later they were bouncing at the door saying we were too late checking out. Not superfriendly.

Fabulous apartment!!

Josie is a beautiful loft apartment with huge ceilings and lots of space. We LOVED staying here. Beautifully furnished with lots of interesting books & thoughtful touches. Enormous bath and comfy bed. Location is perfect - 5 min walk to the castle and old town and number 1 tram stops right outside which takes you to Sint Pieters Station.

BYO mirror as there is only the one in the bathroom which tinted which makes it tricky to put on makeup.

Beautiful apartment, a lot of space and furnished with taste. Bath is real added value and the bed is very comfy. Sheets in linen are great. Location is great.

A perfect place to relax and hang out if you like retro grandeur of old buildings

Fantastic location, tasteful design. The interior is a great combination of minimalistic design and retro elements. And the appartement had a feeling of grandeur. Also the entrance with the code system is very easy and well thought. I would recommend this.

There is nothing to NOT like about this place. Only thing is you need to respect the calm. The owners are also living at this wonderful location. So it is not a private place in the middle of nowhere where you can party or play loud music. But if you want a great location in the center of Gent, and enjoy a nice location to relax and stay after visiting the city, it is perfect.

Très agréable appartement en plein centre

Emplacement idéal à 2 pas du centre historique, spacieux avec une grande baignoire et un lit très confortable. Très lumineux, bien chauffé, très confortable.

Les portes des placards gagneraient à être re-vissées ( je n'avais hélas pas de tournevis sur moi). Attention tri sélectif dans la cuisine mais rien sur les poubelles n'indique quelle est la poubelle verre/papier et quelle est la poubelle de déchets, une petite précision (logo, ...) nous serait utile. L'immeuble est assez sonore, mais hormis à un moment dans l'après-midi nous n'avons pas été trop dérangés. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour les gens au sommeil léger.
