Comfy and nice apartment at a good location in Gent.

The stairs to the 3rd floor are not comfortable for everyone. There are some small and high steps. It does not effect the comfort of the apartment itself, but it is worth considering before booking.

Buena ubicación y limpieza.

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir caminando ( 25 min) o en bus al centro o estación.

La escalera de entrada es muy empinada y la barandilla es inestable. Con una persona mayor es casi imposible. Éramos 4 y solo 2 vasos, una sola toalla por persona y la ropa de cama de la planta superior escasa. Una manta fina y pasamos frío.

Niet zo modern en chique

De prijs en de locatie

Het feit dat in een hittegolf de beloofde airconditioning niet functioneerde en niemand het kwam repareren. We hadden specifiek gefilterd op airconditioning omdat het weer was aangekondigd. Daarom konden we niet slapen op de zolderkamer. Mijn zoon moest een belangrijk examen maken de volgende dag en nu sliepen we niet.

Regular en los servicios.

Nos avisaron que en una franja horaria iría una persona de mantenimiento, y llegaron más tarde y con mucha prisa intentaron arreglar el AC, del cual no sabíamos que estaba roto y estuvieron unos 20 minutos en medio del salón, interrumpiendo nuestra intimidad, ensuciando y retrasando nuestro almuerzo, hasta que le pedimos que por favor se fueran y lo arreglarán tras muestro check out. Nos prometió un last check out, que al día siguiente no cumplieron, tocándonos la puerta a las diez, sin tener conocimiento de lo que nos habían prometido. Mucha improvisación y poca comunicación entre los trabajadores.

EXPERIENCIA PÉSIMA.

El baño amplio.

La ubicación muy mal indicada, nos costó dar con ella, cuando llegamos estaban limpiando la vivienda y tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos, tuvimos que comer a las 4 y ya perdimos casi Medio día, la ventana del salón no tenía cortina y entraba mucha claridad, la planta de arriba muchos mosquitos pegados por la pared, tuvimos que bajar el colchón a la planta baja para poder dormir bien. Se nos fue el WiFi y el dueño no nos dió ninguna solución y el último día le pedí por favor que nos dejara irnos un poco más tarde del check out por las molestias del primer día, diciéndome que pagara si quería salir más tarde, las escaleras para acceder a la 3 planta con mucha pendiente que parecía una pared. EXPERIENCIA MUY MALA!!!!.

A éviter pour le moment

Cet appartement ne devrait pas être loué pour 4 personnes car l'étage n'est pas climatisé, c'est sous les toits, il faisait plus de 30°C. Les escaliers, sont très abrutes, voire dangereux pour les enfants et les personnes ayant le vertige. De plus, lors de notre séjour, la climatisation était défectueuses, de l'eau coulait à grosses gouttes sur la TV et le meuble. Il n'y a pas de store dans le salon, la seule pièce climatisée, donc réveil à 5h00 par la lumière du jour... A éviter, tant que des travaux de sécurité et de confort ne sont pas réalisés.
