Not a bad location, tight and narrow stairs, well-stocked with all the necessary stuff

The place itself wasn’t that bad, the location is not terrible and it has all the stuff we needed

but it has no parking nearby and the stairs leading to it were very narrow and claustrophobic, very hard with a kid and a stroller. There was also some weird smell to it, maybe because everything was very tightly fitted in place, so a mid-range-to-high rating seems right

I will never stay at this apartment

a. The apartment was full of mosquitoes, which made it very uncomfortable. b. The bed sheets were extremely dirty and untidy, appearing not to have been washed for a long time. c. There were no curtains in the bedroom or the living room. Given the summer season and early sunrise, the rooms were too bright, making it difficult to sleep beyond 11 or 12 PM. d. The sink in the bathroom was too small to use comfortably. e. Due to the excessive noise, my family and I were only able to sleep for about four hours. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Appartement spacieux.

Absence de notice pour l'unique climatisation réversible qui finit par marcher en pleine nuit. Entretien de l'appartement et de l'immeuble. Dès l'entrée la porte de l'immeuble ne ferme plus. La porte de la partie congélateur du réfrigérateur est ouverte et collée par la glace. Peu de vaisselles et pas très propre. Le quartier n'est pas extraordinaire et il y a peu de place pour se garer.

Miniappartamento, adatto a coppie, in zona leggermente periferica ma in una cittadina incantevole.

L'appartamento in se, non ci è dispiaciuto; i mobili cucina, divano, tavolo, sedie e letto piuttosto nuovi. Pavimento in laminato ben tenuto. La doccia funziona bene.

Cambierei assolutamente il lavandino, troppo piccolo anche se capisco lo spazio ridotto. Poi darei insieme agli asciugamani x doccia anche delle asciugamani x la faccia e un tappetino scendidoccia, oltre ad un paio di strofinacci per asciugare le stoviglie. Abbiamo trovato solo 3 capsule x caffè, ne abbiamo lasciate 7, insieme a rotoli di carta assorbente. Scale piuttosto ripide, non adatte ad anziani o disabili. La distanza dal centro non è 10 min ma 35.

Pésimo lugar

El espacio estaba bien

Tener MUCHO cuidado con las escaleras son muy empinadas. Si es alguien grande de edad o con maletas grandes no recomiendo este lugar. Al llegar faltaban toallas, electrodomésticos que marcaba como que estaban en la propiedad. Al intentar buscar una solución me mandaron a un lugar a lavar mi ropa, con un costo muy elevado. El cual no se quisieron hacer cargo. El personal el pésimo, cualquier duda o consulta que tienes sólo contestan “estamos revisando tu problema te contestaremos pronto” Queda lejos de la ciudad, en un barrio no tan lindo Si se quieren ahorrar un problema no alquilen este pésimo lugar !!
