Lovely apartment, a little out of the way.

Lovely apartment with a great view of the canal, spacious lounge and kitchen, well appointed. Easy access to the town once you get to the tram stop

We were a little further out of the centre of town than we'd realised, and the area was fine and felt safe, but the shops etc were a little less established than we'd anticipated. No cafes etc. Tram is about a 10-15 minute walk, which takes you straight into town.

Perfectly located to see both sunrise and sunsets. Beautiful decor, homely and clean. Spacious. Just perfect. Oh, and a view of the canal.

Got a bit lost trying to get from the garage to the front door, ended up at the wrong one. Easily sorted once you've done it once. Could do with more bedding to go on extra pillow cases.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed.

The property had everything we needed for the stay, it was furnished in a contemporary but very comfortable way. It had everything we needed including underground parking. It was a walkable distance to the centre and there were lots of amenities close by.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. Bit confusing finding the lift the first time from the underground car park- even with directions, but we found it in the end!

Perfect for a family with a car

Close to the city center (Walking 15-20 minutes). 5-6 people can accommodate easily. The house was very clean. Free indoor car garage was a very nice facility. 50m to a Supermarket for shopping.

Sitting in the balcony is very pleasant but big mosquitoes may enter the rooms (The bedroom windows have nets)

Noise from the busy road which meant the balcony was useless. Also, no freezer - would have been handy for freezing the ice blocks I had with me to help get food home when it was hot.

Decent, but far too expensive for the offer.

Almost new apartment, underground place for my car, very nice in the morning to have a coffe on balcony with canal in front. Even if the procedure to take the keys is not very easy, indications are very precise.

Far from city center, and almost no possibility for transportation. Bold was betwen 14 EURO minimum to 21 max. If you whant to walk, it's a ~30 minutes walk, but the places you have to pass are "strange". One night, I think that persons above, make a lot of noise and can not sleap untill they get to sleep, around 1 am.

Merkeze 25 dk yurume mesafesınde; tramvaylar ıcın de en az 15 dk yurumek zorunda kalınıyor. Yürümek bizim icin keyıflıydı o nedenle sorun olmadı ama yuruyusu cok tercıh etmeyen icin sorun olabılır.

Door de uitstekende instructies en pro-actieve additionele instructies, samen met het goed onderhouden appartement, was

Netheid, goed verzorgd, rustig appartement, uitzicht over het kanaal richting het centrum van Gent.

Vlak in de buurt van de brandweer en ook al rijden die zoveel mogelijk zonder sirene (perfect op zondagochtend), is het op zaterdagmiddag vanaf het balkon erg luid.

Bellissimo appartamento a Gand

Appartamento meraviglioso con due camere da letto, bagno, doccia, salone e terrazzo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento trovato facilmente, come anche il garage, che abbiamo potuto usare mentre lo staff completava le pulizie dell' appartamento, grazie alle Istruzioni dettagliate comunicate dal proprietario. Ottima posizione per visitare Gand e per visitare altre città vicine. Lidl sotto casa e benzinaio molto utili. Proprietario sempre disponibile.

Moderne gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal, sie war sehr modern, aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sie war vollumfänglich ausgestattet, durch die bodentiefen Fenster war sie sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Praktisch war die Trennung von Bad und WC. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und schon morgens auf dem Balkon Kaffee getrunken. Supermarkt war direkt an der Ecke. Zu Fuß in 30 Minuten im wunderschönen Historischen Zentrum von Gent. Mit dem Auto waren Brügge, Antwerpen und Brüssel gut und in weniger als einer Stunde erreichbar. Das Auto stand sicher in der Tiefgarage der Wohnanlage. Guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Die Straße darunter war manchmal etwas laut.

Vivia aqui com facilidade!

Da casa toda. Estava muito bem equipada, muito acolhedora, confortável e com vista desafogada. A localização, apesar de um pouco distante do centro, tem tudo à volta (supermercados, farmácias) e bons acessos. Quando alugo uma casa, a minha pergunta de avaliação é sempre esta: Era capaz de viver aqui durante um ano? O que falta para isso? Sim, era. Não tem congelador, mas tem um Lidl e um Delhaize ao lado, pelo que não é necessário ter comida congelada. Todas as informações de acesso à casa e dos serviços estão muito bem explicadas em documentos que são partilhados antes de se fazer o check in. Quem alugar esta casa deve ler tudo bem com cuidado porque está tudo bem explicado.

Das indicações na garagem. Apesar do acesso à garagem ser fácil e da garagem ser excelente, porque é larga e dá para manobrar os carros com facilidade, mesmo os maiores, esta não tem indicações nenhumas. A garagem é partilhada com vários edifícios e não se consegue perceber onde estão as portas de acesso aos elevadores e em que edifício se está a entrar. É fácil enganarmo-nos e entrar no elevador de outro edifício. Não se consegue perceber bem onde nos encontramos. O melhor é sempre começar por descer do apartamento para a garagem e memorizar os acessos dentro da garagem. Mesmo este detalhe está bem explicado nos documentos partilhados, portanto é importante ler tudo bem antes de chegar à casa.
