Lovely stay, I would recommend it.

Location was very good The property was tastefully decorated and it felt cosy. It was very useful to have a supermarket next door.

Toilet was next to the kitchen and didn't have a lock which impacted everyone’s privacy. We also needed a full length mirror. Also having a toaster would be very helpful.

Great location. Bags of character. Wouldn’t be suitable for young children or for anyone unsteady on their feet.

Location. Lots of character. Nice shower.

Stairs a bit challenging for those less steady on their feet. There is a very convenient car park just around the corner but it was full and we ended up initially having to park a long way away from the accommodation until the close car park emptied after working hours. The upstairs bedroom was very basic. Only one, albeit nice, shower positioned right next to one of the double beds. That required some planning to use as we were two couples.

Lovely place, would recommend.

We loved the location and the uniqueness. The beds were really comfy, and we had a good nights sleep. Warning! There are lots of steps, we hadn’t anticipated quite so many. Regulations must not be as strict as the UK as there were also no handrails.

The parking - we asked for a carpark recommendation and there is one next door. However we weren’t advised that you need to apply for LEZ to drive into Ghent and that can take up to 14 days (we also didn’t do our research properly - friends who recommended Ghent must not have taken cars). Lesson learnt to research better

Wonderful quirky apartment

Amazing location. Walk to everything. Right beside the tram. Beautiful building. Great communication from owner. Well equipped, except storage, see below.

Nothing. Only small thing is that there is no storage, if you're staying for more than a couple of days. Three hangers and no drawers. However, we were there for three days so not an issue for us.

Absolutely disgusting for the money

The location

One of the beds was totally broken…we are a party of 4 where one had to sleep on the floor and another on the sofa. The toilet door did not close at all ( ladies in the group which was not pleasant for them ) .The sink had a large chunk missing, one of the curtains in the bedroom was totally hanging off, and no coffee for the coffee machine. The help line in the kitchen was a wrong number and nobody replied to any of the messages/pictures sent.

I woke up feeling happy.

We fell in love with the apartment as a family. The entry-exit system is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. It's quite close to the center of Ghent. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Cool place!

Funky cool space with room to spread out. Location is just on the edge of the historical area and is walking distance to everything that you'd want to see. Right across the street from the "1" transport line. Quiet at night for good sleep.

Poor lighting in the bathroom; very dark. No room darkening shades for the bright morning light. Be cautious of certain low beams.

Specious and beautiful loft in a perfect location

The Gloria Loft was a great place to stay for our family with dog in Gent. It is perfectly located in the Burgstrat nearby a lot of attractions and the beautiful old center of the city. Everything can be reached by feet in a few minutes. The flat is really spacious and tastefully furnished. In addition there is a good option to park a car just around the corner at the Ramen parking garage. We really enjoyed our stay at Josie’s and will be back on our next trip to Gent.

AMAZING PLACE IN GENT

The loft is amazing! Big space, very tidy and comfortable, we felt very welcomed! Everything is decorated with taste, the beds were so comfortable, we had a very good night of sleep! I definitely recommend this place :)

Lo tiene casi todo! Está muy bien, el apartamento es grande, está limpio , cómodo, bien situado, y Gloria es encantadora!

Que solo tuviese un baño, teniendo una habitación en un altillo, donde tienes que bajar las escaleras cada vez que quieras ir al baño, sobre todo por la noche, si las habitaciones estuviesen en la misma planta no hubiese dicho nada, pero fuimos 2 parejas, y para asearse teníamos que ir por fases, y ya no te digo para ir al baño! Pero bueno, aún así merece mucho la pena este apartamento!!

Een slot op de wc was wel comfortabel geweest. De kussens waren te slap en de bedden hadden geen hoofdsteun waardoor de kussens wegschoven

Zeer aangenaam verblijf en Gent is een prachtige stad. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Zeer mooie en ruime loft op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum. Comfortabele bedden en propere badkamer met leuke verzorgingsproducten. Goed uitgeruste keuken met alle voorzieningen voor koffie of thee.

Door de lay-out van het appartement (loft) bevindt de badkamer zich centraal in een grote open ruimte waardoor je de temperatuur in de badkamer niet afzonderlijk kan regelen.

Das Ambiente war klasse, super tolle Lage. Einfach zu finden.

Es ist sehr hilfreich darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Unterkunft in der Umweltzone liegt und man nur mit dem Auto mit der fünf oder sechs reinkommt. Es ist auch schwierig, eine Sondergenehmigung zu erhalten. Dies gilt nur für Behinderte und Begleitpersonen. Ein Hinweis zum Parken außerhalb der Umweltzone wäre hier gut und eventuell ein möglicher Busshuttle zur Unterkunft.

Il manque juste une prise au niveau de la salle de bain pr se sécher les cheveux devant un miroir … c est vraiment le seul truc négatif si on peut appeler ça négatif ;)

Luxe op een topligging.

Dit is een toplocatie. Een echte loft, voorzien van alles. De keuken (die we niet gebruikt hebben) wil ik thuis ook hebben. Alles straalde luxe uit, van het interieur (dikke pluim voor de inrichter) tot de heerlijke badproducten in een design badkamer. Hoewel het buiten zeer warm was, zorgde de ventilator, bij gebrek aan airco, toch voor de gewenste verkoeling. Bedankt voor de heerlijke overnachting. Wij komen zeker terug. Familie Lamoen

Agréable

Très propre, très confortable, très bon goût et bel aménagement. Logement proche du centre-ville, mais très calme et un supermarché juste à côté. Je recommande vivement.
