Location was good, nearby supermarket was very helpful. Modern apartment, 2 bathrooms and lots of windows
No toilet roll, shower/bath only ran really hot & bath plug didnt keep water in to try run and cool down (unable to bathe my toddler), sofa bed slightly collapsing on one side

The flat was lovely and clean. It was in a close proximity to York which was helpful. The sound proofing in the flat meant that it was quiet which was good.
There was parking under the flats and there was bedding for three of the four beds.
The bedding for the sofa bed was not very good. No sheet for the sofa just a throw which half the world looked liked they had used. Not very hygienic. We also didn't have enough towels for the four of us.
The parking bay allocated wasn't free when we got there and there was no parking permit available despite a call to the host in Libya. Emergency numbers related to parking did not provide any call back despite saying 24 hour service.
One tea bag and one spoon of coffee left at the premises was a bit of a joke too.

Proximity to the town centre
It took us ages to get access as the keys weren’t where they were supposed to be despite me confirming our arrival time on 2 different occasions. The phone number I had for assistance was a lady in Lebanon who was polite but couldn’t really help locate the keys. In the end one of the permanent residents of the building helped to get us in and commented that this was ‘always’ happening. It was chaos in reception, loads of staff who were all managing different properties, they were helpful enough but it really wasn’t the best. Inside the apartment was as described and comfortably accommodated 2 families but it was dusty and there were cobwebs in the living area that I removed myself! The towels were rough and smelt of gravy! 🤷🏻♀️
