The house was clean and warm. Beds were comfortable. Good location and about 30 minutes walk into the centre of York

We loved how homely the property was and we made ourselves comfortable very quickly.
The hot tub jets did not work very well

Good location, easy to get the bus or an Uber into the city. Quiet setting, large garden which our dog enjoyed.
Property advertised as having a hot tub, which it doesnt, although it's still in place, and all the old signage up, made a disappointing arrival.
Overall cleanliness could be better, no hand towels available. With some TLC, could be a lovely property.
