Clean spacious house. Quiet area. Could walk into York, either on main road or the side of the river.
No extractor in the bathroom. Extractor in the kitchen didn't work. There was an iron burn mark on the carpet near the bed in the back bedroom. Reported this that it was there when we arrived. Needs a rug to cover it up as was sharp on your feet if you walked in it.

The Road was very quiet, nice comfy beds
I feel the property management people and the owners go and spend a visit to the house and walk through the house and look at the furniture, the decor, the attention to detail and items in the house to accommodate the stay. This is a nice house in a nice area but I feel this house currently lacks any warmth or care.
