Our third visit to Moatside Gate and just as good as the previous two.

Everything you need for a short stay in York - park the car and explore on foot. The chimes of the Minster bell awake you in the morning (8am), you can then prepare for your day of exploring York. Easy with each bedroom having ensuite facilities.
Leave the car where is it safely parked under cover ( room for 2). When you are footsore - wander back to your cosy cottage, plenty of facilities to cook, watch telly, read a book and snuggle up on the sofa.
Moatside Gate met our needs and we plan to return.

Whats not to like about Moatside Gate, from the moment we arrived it was warm and inviting. The property has everything you would need for two couples to stay comfortably. Its location is brilliant being just a few minutes walk to the city centre. There is parking for two cars as well.
