Wonderful, peaceful place to stay in Kröv

We stayed three nights at the Karolingerhof and really enjoyed it. The location is quiet but still just a short walk from the river and the center of town. The whole place is beautifully kept and has a calm, relaxed feel — perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the Moselle area. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely furnished. It is (wonderful) breakfast only, but there are plenty of restaurants and wine gardens in short walking distance. The garden is also a real highlight. The size of a small park — great for sitting outside in the evening with a glass of wine. There is a fridge stacked with local wines you help yourself from and pay upon departure. If I had one suggestion to make, I would slightly increase the selection of snacks. Perhaps a bit of bread and cheese to go with the lovely wines they have. This would have been enough for us and allowed us to stay in. The hotel minimizes staff wherever possible but we always found human help when required. The hosts were friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. You really feel like a welcome guest. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful base in this lovely part of Germany.

Perfect location and hotel for Mosel days, staff were so kind and friendly, helpful. Naturally, there is no elevator as it is a perfectly restored historical building, carrying heavy luggage may cause short-term difficulties on the stairs, but the magnificent breakfast service makes you forget all of that.

Excellent location. Extraordinary garden with terras to have breakfast. Beautiful historical building with superb interiors. Cleanliness. High quality breakfast. Very nice and friendly welcome and service.

Freundliches Hotel in ungünstiger Infrastruktur

Das Hotel liegt ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kundenorientiert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Kaffee besonders gut. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, in der ganztägig Kaffee und Tee kostenlos zur Verfügung steht. Weiterhin einen Getränkeschrank, aus dem man sich gegen Bezahlung bedienen kann.

Die Stadt Kröv klappt abends buchstäblich alle Bürgersteige hoch, selbst die Gaststätten sind geschlossen und das in der Weihnachtszeit. Wir sind tatsächlich hungrig ins Bett ! Der Transfer der Busse zum Weihnachtsmarkt Traben Trarbach findet NUR STÜNDLICH statt. Wenn aber der Bus voll ist, muss man eine Stunde auf den nächsten Bus warten . Auch DAS ist verbesserungswürdig, liebe Stadtplaner !!!

Sfeervol en comfortabel hotel op fijne plek, erg van genoten!

Comfortabel modern en stijlvol klein hotel, hartje dorp en parkeerplaats. Goed en ruim ontbijt, leuke selectie wijnen en andere dranken verkrijgbaar. Zeer behulpzame eigenaar en vriendelijk personeel.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschön restauriertes Gutshaus im Zentrum von Kröv, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal und der Chef sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Eine Fahrradgarage und mehrere Pkw-Stellplätze im Hof runden das Angebot ab. Lediglich das Wetter wollte bei unseren Radtouren nicht so richtig in Schwung kommen aber dafür freuen meine Frau und ich uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt, wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sein sollten. Absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐️⭐️⭐️😉

Ein alter Gutshof wurde liebevoll und hochwertig renoviert, schöne Doppelzimmer mit tollem Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, der Chef kümmert sich auch persönlich.

l´arrivée simplifiée et indépendante grâce à un code d´accès, le petit déjeuner très copieux, le personnel le calme la situation géographique au centre du village avec accès très rapide aux pistes cyclables et aux restaurants la possibilité de se garer dans la cour

comme je l´ai signalé à l´établissement, dans la belle salle de bains très spacieuse et refaite à neuf, le carrelage et la douche sont très glissants

Sehr schönes Boutiquehotel mit wenigen Zimmern. Die Einrichtung ist wertig und aufeinander abgestimmt. Ein perfekter Mix aus alt und neu. Das Zimmer war von der Fläche groß und die Raumhöhe war enorm. Es gibt einen großen Frühstücksraum, eine Terrasse und einen Garten. Das Hotel ist perfekt im Ort gelegen und bietet kostenlose Parkplätze. In der Lounge gibt es kostenlos Kaffee und Tee und einen Selbstbedienungsbereich mit Snacks und Wein. Man kommt 24h mit einem PIN ins Hotel und ins Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und die Lebensmittel waren beste Qualität.

Booking.com ruiniert den Online-Check-In durch das Entfernen der notwendigen Links. Durch persönlichen Check-in wurde dies mehr als ausgeglichen.

Goede aanrader om er te verblijven voor je vakantie.

Heel lekker ontbijt met veel variatie ook een vriendelijke bediening. Heel goede parkeergelegenheid en er is ook een garagebox voor de fietsen in te zetten. We hebben ook goede adressen gekregen bij de receptie waar je lekker kan eten.
