Unusually for a German hotel (with over 50 years' experience), this was disappointing.

Comfortable room, breakfast

1. Communication: Upon booking, and the hotel taking 80% of the cost almost immediately, I emailed the hotel asking for a quiet room and asking the hotel to reserve a parking space (on Google street view, I saw that parking spaces were few). The hotel did NOT reply. 2. Parking: Upon arrival in the early evening but after dark, there were no parking spaces within the hotel's grounds and half the vehicles there had local number plates, but I was able to park in front of a garaged tractor; however, the staff felt this would displease the owner. 3. Reception: With the reception closed, we went to the restaurant to check-in and were told we couldn't have dinner for over an hour since there no available tables, but plenty of locals playing cards at these tables. The hotel had been made aware by email that our journey that day to the hotel was over a 1000 km and we would be tired. 4. Restaurant: Unusually for a German hotel, dinner was unremarkable. There was nothing wrong with the food, but the experience didn't 'sparkle' and the residual taste (excluding the salad) was one of 'catering packs' rather than freshness. The bill had to be amended because items had been added which we didn't order.

Very disappointing

Corporate feeling to Hotel. Strict regulations where we could or could not sit if we were half pension customers. Room clean but toilet definately not cleaned around inner rim. We left after one night and found a friendlier hotel in Zell.

The staff at the restaurant was really friendly.

We did request a baby cot while booking, no bed was present and when we have requested one, the lady at the desk was not really pleased. We got a baby cot without any sheets, nothing.

Hotel mit angenehmen Aufenthaltsbereichen

Die Sauna-Landschaft und der Indoor-Pool haben uns besonders gefallen. Im Restaurant und beim Frühstück war alles sehr lecker.

Das Hotel gibt es schon einige Zeit, insofern sind die Zimmer nicht hypermodern. Unser Bad war recht eng.

Hotel met goed ontbijt en zwembad, maar er zijn ook negatieve kanten aan.

Het ontbijt was behoorlijk uitgebreid. Je moest er wel vroeg bij zijn, want anders was er al veel weg. Fruit, Franse kaas, zalm e.d. Koffie die we kregen was echter erbarmelijk slecht. Slootwater zou ik het willen noemen. Het zwembad beviel ons ook heel goed. Van andere faciliteiten hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. We konden de fietsen kwijt in een soort van schuur waar ook veel (vettige en vieze) apparatuur stond. Men sloot dat om 20 uur af en om 8 uur in de ochtend ging de schuur weer open. Maar het was fijn dat de fietsen daar veilig stonden.

Koffie was heel slecht vonden wij. Toen we een medewerkster vertelde dat ze voor ons geen koffie meer op tafel hoefden te zetten bood ze ons een espresso aan en die was prima. Maar de volgende dag stond er toch weer koffie met slootwater. En die andere medewerkster bleek niet te hebben vernomen dat wij die koffie niet wilden en bood ook geen alternatief aan. Een wat oudere medewerkster was goed in haar werk en had empathisch vermogen. De rest moet nog maar eens een cursus volgen of missen deze kwaliteit. Kamer was niet heel ruim en je kon nauwelijks alles goed kwijt. Er komen veel ouderen naar dit hotel en misschien geven ze de grotere kamers aan de slechtziende en lopenden, dat weet ik niet. Maar onze kamer was totaal ongeschikt voor ouderen met beperkingen. Wij zijn allebei 70 en we kunnen ons nog redelijk goed redden. De badkamer was superklein en ook de doucheruimte was krap. We wilden wat spullen op de kast kwijt, maar die was gigantisch stoffig. Dus zelf maar met papier al het stof verwijderd zodat we daar spullen op kwijt konden. De locatie van dit hotel ligt nabij een treinstation en de treinmachinisten vonden het veelvuldig noodzakelijk om vroeg in de ochtend al te toeteren als ze in de nabijheid van ons hotel kwamen. Gelukkig reden de treinen niet midden in de nacht.

Goed hotel Goed restaurant Fijne sauna.

We moesten tweede avond opschieten met bestellen in restaurant, maar we hadden gezegd dat we rustig aan zouden gaan doen. Dat viel niet in goede aarde. Eerste avond was het wel heel fijn. Toen wel goede bediening van ietsje oudere dame.

Alles top! Wenn der Zug nicht wäre..

Schöne Lage in einem süßen Örtchen direkt an der Mosel.

Wir hatten ein Premium Zimmer, allerdings lag es direkt an der Bahnstrecke. Morgens um 7 Uhr wurden wir durch lautes Hupen (!) geweckt. Ein Sicherheitssignal, da ein paar Meter hinter dem Hotel ein uns gesicherter Übergang war. Für die Lage war der Preis pro Nacht absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Dafür gibt es Abzug. Der Rest (Frühstück, Wellness, Personal, Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder...) war sehr gut!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Freunden in Reil aber leider nicht wegen der Unterkunft.

Die Öffnungszeiten der Wellness von 8.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr sind nicht nutzerfreundlich. Die Standardzimmer im Gästehaus waren sehr alt und benötigen dringend eine Renovierung. Das Bad mit Dusche war so winzig klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Dazu noch sehr schmutzig, besonders im Bereich Dusche und Heizkörper. Sehr viele Spinnweben am Fenster. Vorhänge dunkeln nicht ab. Es wird mit sehr umfangreichen Wellnessangeboten geworben, gab es aber nicht wegen Personalmangel. Also eine falsche und irreführende Werbung.

schöne Tage im WeinBergHotel Nalbach

Gutes Frühstück, hat aus meiner Sichts an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren zwei mal Essen im Hotel-Restaurant. Es war sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Wellness Bereich war sehr schön.

Kleine Mängel im Zimmer (Bettgestellt sollte ausgetauscht werden) Sonst nichts wirklich nennenswert.

Bei den ganzen Minuspunkten ist das ganze Personal Super freundlich. Sehr um das Wohl und um die Wünsche des Gastes bemüht. Die den Aufenhalt etwas angenehmer gestalten.

Wellnesshotel ohne Wellnesspersonal! Im Pool schwam Schmutz über den Boden. Wellnessurlaub ist anders.

Mooi hotel met fijne welness

Mooie kamer, lekker eten in het restaurant van het hotel, kleine welness met zwembad , stoombad, sauna en rustruimtes is een groot pluspunt. Wij kregen zelfs een tas met badjassen en handdoeken om te gebruiken in de welnes ruimte. Niet duur voor wat je allemaal krijgt!

De temperatuur van het zwembad mocht wat warmer zijn, maar het was geen ramp.

Sehr schöner Kurzaifenthalt zum Entspannen

Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Unserem Wunsch nach barrierefreiem Zimmer für Anreisende mit Rollator wurde entsprochen und auch im Frühstücksraum berücksichtigt. Pool nd Umkleiden durften auch nach Auschecken genutzt werden.

Alles nicht schlimm: Schwimmbad im Haupthaus, man muss vom Nebengebäude über den Parkplatz. Bahn tutet 1x/h, aber nicht zwischen 22 und 7 Uhr. Fenster sind aber schallgedämmt, man hört es nur wenig.

Goed hotel met zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit

Mooi hotel,goed gelegen met voldoende parking. Het 4-gangen menu bij half pension was zeer goed,net als het ontbijt waarbij ruim voldoende keus was.De wellness(vooral de heel grote sauna) is ook heel goed,zeker omdat hij in prijs inbegrepen is.

Voornamelijk alleen Duitse zenders op tv(geen NL) Badkamer redelijk klein,maar stoorde ons niet.
