Friendly staff but poor stay.

The place is very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The room is not sound proof. You can hear shower and toilet water running from rooms above and next door. You hear neighbors walking and talking upstairs. The beer was expensive too! Neighbor was crabby about me walking my dog.

Quality hotel in a village location.

The hotel is located in the middle of a small village. Attractive building with bags of character. Very friendly welcome and staff. The room was not huge, but large enough. Good breakfast, served until 11am, really good if you are on holiday and don't want to get up too early. Simple evening meals are available, except Mondays and Tuesdays. For a more extended menu, you are well served in the restaurants in Zell, about 5km upstream.

A hotel with traditional charm and a very welcoming staff

Upon arriving, we received a free upgrade for one of the rooms - without even asking. The hotel is in a very quiet area and in good weather the sun terrace is a nice spot. The bar is cosy and offers a fine selection of drinks.

The breakfast was somewhat disappointing: the fruit salad was partly frozen, the toaster did not function well, the radio suffered from interference...

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln über die man allerdings hinwegsehen kann

Das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, die Sauberkeit und tolle Ausgangslage des Hotels.

Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist leider nicht passend. Viele Kleinigkeiten die sicherlich ausbaufähig sind 😊 Standards wie z.B. die Bereitstellung einer Flasche Wassers bei Ankunft halte ich bei dem Preis eher für selbstverständlich. Begrüßungsgetränke wurden uns leider auch nicht angeboten🙁 Das Frühstück ist sehr einseitig! Bei einer oder zwei Übernachtungen mag man darüber hinwegsehen - bei vier wird es eintönig und langweilig - schade🙁 Wie bereits erwähnt - die Bereitstellung von Getränken auf den Zimmern ( 1Fl. Wasser) wäre künftig prima. Das Frühstück könnte man evtl. ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher gestalten (frisches, aufgeschnittenes Obst, wechselnde Joghurts die man in kleinen Gläschen anbietet, das Wurst-Angebot sollte man variieren.

Schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Gute Lage und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir durften unsere Motorräder kostenfrei in der Garage parken. Sehr gute Weinkarte und auch die Speisen waren lecker. Gutes Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten. Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon.

Die Matratzen waren leider sehr weich und dem Zimmerpreis nicht angemessen.

Jeg fik ikke hvad jeg betalte for. Vi havde 2 hunde med som vi skulle betale 18 euro for per dag😳for en hund. Nu har vi rejst 5 år i træk i Tyskland normalt ligger prisen imellem 8-12 Euro Per dag. Så vi var meget overrasket over prisen. Og der var ikke noget specielt med i prisen.

Lage ist ok.

Jo was soll ich sagen. Preisleistung =0 Die Bilder online stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Frechheit. Badezimmer verstaubt und nicht vollständig geputzt. Passiv aggressive Angestellte. In der Beschreibung stand eigener Balkon, am Ende teilte man den mit anderen!!! Zimmer sind super hellhörig, ich konnte hören wie der Typ nebenan seiner Ische die Haare aus dem Gesicht gestrichen hat. Und die Betten sind so alt und durchgelegen, dass ich mich frage, ob nicht schon der Adenauer drin gehaust hat.
