Most relaxing stay I have ever had in a hotel

The hotel is beautiful in a very nice location for relaxing trip in the Mosel. Since we had the private sauna suite, I’m a bit biased when saying that it was amazing. As someone who grew up with Finnish sauna, I must say the one we had in our room was superb. In addition, the bubble bath was amazing. The restaurant food was very good as well.

Only small issue I could find was the location of the hotel. There are very few restaurants and no grocery store in the town. It could be a dealbreaker for some but personally I wasn’t too bothered by it.

Stay didn't match the pictures in the brochure

Hotel room was clean, bathroom was very modern, breakfast was amazing...

First of all the photos on the booking site were misleading, as we ended up in the guesthouse, not the hotel itself. Biggest problem was that the room was on the second floor with no lift, so we had to carry 4 heavy suitcases up the stairs. Further, the heat on the room was unbearable as the portable aircon only made noise but didn't blow any cold air, so we didn't get any sleep all night long...

The room was very clean and spacious, the personnel was very nice and willing to help with everything we asked. Both dinner and breakfast were very rich and in reasonable prices, Definitely recommend!!

I never wanted to leave

I think I absolutely loved everything: we had a great and cozy room, the staff was nice, the breakfast was amazing and the view stunning. Perfect hotel to discover the nice Moesel region.

Very relaxing! Lovely staff, great rooms (new and clean)

Breakfast was the best we ever had in any restaurant, just delicious. Staff was super friendly. If you are looking for a place to relax, drink some nice wines and eat some good food in a relaxed atmosphere this is it. Rooms, beds bathroom etc were new and clean. We felt at home and comfortable immediately.

We had a room on the ground floor and heard out upstairs neighbours a bit.. nothing too bad though so don’t worry

Spacious room and bathroom, lovely view from the room directly to the wineyard hills, polite and prompt personnel, delicious breakfast, decorative items displayed in the hotel that you could buy

Wonderful stay with great views and even better food

The room was amazing with a great view. The best part of the hotel for us though was the restaurant which deserves a Michelin star. A very pleasant surprise to have an innovative and interesting kitchen in the hotel. The location and views were also great. We went hiking in the vincinity, but also went on daytrips with the car to nearby destinations with family activities.

It was extraordinarily warm some days and an air conditioner or fan would have been great in the room, but we did get cool air from the balcony. It was also a bit challenging to find the hotel parking - signage could be better.

Well “didn’t like” is too much, but I like to have a kettle on the room, to switch light separately (now it was all on or off) and bigger/harder pillows, these were useless :)

Ich war zwar geschäftlich unterwegs, aber Wohlfühlcharakter von Anfang an. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Ankommen und wohl fühlen ist die Devise in diesem schönen Haus. Vom Personal angefangen, über Essen bis hin zum Zimmer alles großartig. Das Frühstück war die Auswahl sehr gut und die Qualität stimmte natürlich auch. Mehr als nur empfehlenswert und sicherlich nicht der letzte Besuch.

Toller Kurzurlaub mit sehr schönen modernen Zimmern und hervorragender Kulinarik!

Tolles Landhotel, sehr stilvoll und sauber, tolle Zimmer und super Bewirtung. Auch unser Hund war erlaubt und durfte mit ins Restaurant. 👍 Wir werden wieder kommen! Es war ein top Kurzurlaub!

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, aber wir hatten zum Glück keine lauten Nachbarn. Hörten nur ein Hündchen weinen, welches wohl vorübergehend alleine im Hotelzimmer zurückgelassen wurde.

Ein Hotel mit gutem Restaurant

Ein ansprechendes Hotel in schöner Lage mit einem sehr guten Restaurant. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Auch das moderne Bad mit dem großen Duschbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Leider hatten beide Zimmer einen unangenehmen, muffigen Geruch. Schade auch, dass die Fähre im Ort nicht in Betrieb war, was die Wandermöglichkeiten vor Ort eingeschränkt hat.

Heerlijk genoten, het was fantastisch!

Een fantastisch goed hotel, comfortabele bedden en hoofdkussens en kamers super schoon en mooi ingericht. Super vriendelijk personeel, alle wensen werden beantwoord. Zeer goed restaurant en een apart gedeelte voor heerlijke taart, ijs en koffie te drinken Rustig gelegen, heerlijk geslapen/verblijf gehad

Niets was teveel, dus alles prima en niets op te merken :)

Hartelijke ontvangst met prosecco. We kregen een upgrade. Terras met uitzicht op de wijngaarden aan de overkant van de Moezel. Goed ontbijt. Leuk plaatsje.

Volvería sin duda

Es un hotel nuevo y moderno en el que parece que está todo muy limpio. El personal es bastante amable, hasta nos dieron una copa de prosecco como bienvenida. Hemos podido descansar muy bien, la zona es tranquila y hemos podido disfrutar también del desayuno que incluyen.

Todo nos pareció estupendo pero si tuviera que mencionar algo que mejorar diría que un mini bar en la habitación sería útil para guardar algún snack que necesite frío o para enfriar alguna botella de vino de la región para tomarla en la terraza.
