Superb

Wonderful panorama from all windows of the room, beautiful interior and garden, tasty with good variety and freshly cooked egg dishes. The staff was also very friendly, and the dinner was very delicious and not too pricy at all.

It is very difficult to write something here, but if we have to name something, then it would be the lack of a kettle in the room. But the staff was kind enough to prepare a cup of tea for us, so it is nothing major.

It was ok but below expectation even though was upgraded to suit but was done half hearted!

Location of the property

We were upgraded to Junior suit complimentary for my husbands bday really thankful but seems it was done half hearted. It was upgraded but all facilities were removed, we had small baby and they didn’t even give kettle as It was removed which is even a basic service that every hotel provides to make tea/coffee or baby milk. Phone was not working in room as they said were crisis since hotel was booked full, no iron was offered that was strangest part as in all my basic stays so far it’s usually given. It seems staff did obligation on us by upgrading way services were denied which were even basic and we earlier asked for free cancellation due to corona fear as we had baby&I was pregnant too but at that time it was said cannot be done as hotel will be vacant since all rooms will be free. Thanks anyhow for upgrading even though was not very great stay bit below expectation!

Very big room, nice interior, very big and comfortable beds, quiet (we had a room in one of the hotel buildings away from the main street, a few steps away from the main building)

No sink in the toilet, open shower in the room, without a door....breakfast ok, but could be improved (I think the juice was with added sugar....the cheese looked like it has been standing for a while...)

Die Lage direkt an der Mosel ist super. Wir waren in der Villa, die ihren Charme hat.

Das Badezimmer bzw die Duschkabine war defekt, sowie die Dusche auch. Leider gab es im Bad auch keine Lüftung.

Perfekte Lage an der Mosel. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal!

Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr gute Auswahl. Auf Wunsch frisch zubereitete Speisen z. B. Rührei. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir konnten abends noch bestellen und das Getränk mit aufs Zimmer nehmen, obwohl schon geschlossen war. Liebevoll adventlich geschmückt. Wir kommen wieder!

Een heerlijk verblijf in een sprookjesachtige omgeving.

De bedden waren meer dan heerlijk om op te slapen. Een riante kamer met badkamer. Ontbijt was uitstekend. Met veel keuze mogelijkheden.

Her en der wat lichte beschadigingen in de kamer. Maar valt in het geheel weg.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, vor allem beim Frühstück. Man hat frischen Kaffee an den Tisch bekommen und es wurde ebenfalls frische Spiegeleier oder Rührei auf Wunsch zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Das Frühstück hatte eine riesige Auswahl und war sehr gut.

Een verrassingsvol verblijf in een luxe suite

De geweldige wijze waarop het personeel met zijn gasten omgaat. Niets is teveel en kleine probleempjes worden supersnel opgelost. Tijdens het diner op het buitenterras is het heerlijk toeven. En de keuken verdient op zijn minst 2 Michelin-sterren.

De matrassen mogen wat steviger zijn.

Sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und Personal. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer und die Lage ist perfekt. Tolle Terrasse mit Moselblick. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Küche.

Maten levde inte upp till våra förväntningar och vad som visas på hemsidan. Stor skillnad på restaurangmenyn beroende på vilken veckodag man besöker Melzheimer. Kvalitén på handdukar låg (grådassiga). Tredje våning utan hiss.

Frühstück sehr gut. Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir hatten aus dem Hotelzimmer den Moselblick.

Das Zimmer war durch eine steile Treppe erreichbar (was vorher aber bekannt war)

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Locatie perfect , aan de Moezel gelegen, maar niet alle kamers hebben zicht op de Moezel ! Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt perfect! Avondeten dik in orde! zeker de 4 gangen menu een aanrader ! Kamer was heel goed, maar was in het aanliggende gebouw, en de verplaatsing naar het restaurant/ontbijt was in de regen...

WIFI verbinding kon beter, viel altijd uit, bij het verplaatsen van onze kamer naar het restaurant . Geen lift. Wij verbleven er 3 nachten en geen verse handdoeken gedurende die tijd.

Das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, es wusste bereits am zweiten morgen wie ich meinen Kaffee möchte, es wurde auch jeder Wunsch nach möglichkeit erfüllt. Die Küche ist ausergewöhnlich und auf sehr hohem Niveau

eine Klimaanlage wäre das was noch fehlt
