The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s clean, well-equipped, and very well located. The best part is definitely the location, especially if you’re visiting the University of Nottingham. There’s a bus stop right in front of the building, and the bus goes directly through the university campus. I stayed here for about three to four months, and the convenience was unbeatable.
I didn’t have any major issues during my stay. Everything worked well and the location made daily life very easy.

I really appreciated the excellent location. I am in Nottingham as a visiting researcher at the University, and this property has been extremely convenient. The bus stop right in front of the house goes directly to the University of Nottingham, with buses every five minutes during term time and a night service every hour after midnight. It’s also close to supermarkets, which made my three-month stay very practical.
The host was also great — very responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. If I needed anything, he was always helpful and quick to assist. The space itself is comfortable, and the neighbours were quiet, which made the stay even better.
Nothing major — overall the stay was comfortable, quiet, and very convenient.

Not the cleanest, very smelly room of dirty extractor fan/previously cooked food & the property smelt strongly of cigarettes on arrival.
