The location and the price. The bed and shower were both very good. Although I had no need of them, the lounges and kitchen and laundry were well equipped and maintained.

The TV could have worked( although not a big issue for me) Decor of room a little tired Room got quite hot, pity no air con just a vent axial - but the weather was especially hot

It was easy to find - but a bit of a maze inside - a young woman helped me find my room. It was quiet enough for a good sleep. There was plenty of space for me. Comfortable bed. Good price.

There was no way to cool my room down, and the lovely sunshine was beating on the glass which formed one whole wall of the room. There were blinds, but I would have liked sunshine and a reasonable temperature. I was a bit shy about venturing into the shared kitchen, but it turned out that I didn’t see anyone in there. I wish I had taken my travel kettle.

The location for public transport was very good and it was quiet all day & night.

The room was boiling hot with no windows to open. It wasn’t the cleanest room I’ve stayed in but passable. I had cleaners tried to enter the room at 9am before we were ready to leave the room at 10am (which was check out time). Also the main door access code was changed on the second day without being told the new code, if it wasn’t for bumping into someone leaving the building we wouldn’t have been able to access.
