Pay for what you get

It was good value and the bed gave me a good night's sleep

Didn't get instruction of how to get in so had to contact the owner after sitting in my car for a while. No milk when I arrived for a cup of tea TV didn't work

I walked into this well kept, nice-smelling and cozy accommodation that replicated a well-kept home, my room was Room 1

Great place to rest with a great price

So far I love almost everything in this place. The room is nice, the kitchen is great, and it also has a bathtub which is really surprise.

I would say that the cleanliness of this place needs to be improved as I found some of dirty things in its facilities, but overall it is a great place to rest.

Room was clean

Couldn't get access to the building had to call the owner, over the phone made me feel stupid when she actually gave me the wrong code. Noisy. Other people staying. The other room was very noisy.

Extremely stressed

Home invasion by 40 to 50 youths I felt very threatened you intimidated Caretaker kept switching off the central heating. Breakfast was two cereals with no milk No tea and coffee facilities in the room. It took ages for the police to arrive.Not good.

Ok for a basic place to rest your head but wouldn't stay again

It was quiet and was able to book last minute

It was like a student house with communal areas. Didn't like not knowing if there was anyone else in the house or who they might be. Breakfast was 2 types of cereal in tubs on the counter. Milk in the fridge but the fridge didn't look or smell clean so I passed on the breakfast. Mattress in room one was so soft and springy I was basically lying on the lats underneath. Didn't use the bathroom/shower as it was downstairs.

Key safe tea and coffee facilities

Loft room light came through ceiling velux , bed sheets weren’t clean , I had booked for 2 ppl 1 side not slept in but had hair and otherside when I looked in an as I had been bitten on my upper thigh and couldn’t stop itching , further looked on mattress no protection cover and bed bugs , little black bits on me and sheets hence why I looked further so awful nights sleep didn’t use the bathroom ,

Good location with clean and comfortable rooms.

Needed somewhere cheap to stay in Nottingham when visiting a friend, and this fit the bill. Room was really clean and comfortable. Great if you just need somewhere to lay your head for a night or two.

No private bathroom, which was known beforehand - unfortunately one of the other guests had done their business and not cleaned the seat, so that was a fun job when I arrived. Not the owners fault. I was in room 3 at the top of the house, which was lovely and light and airy, but unfortunately the skylight (only window) had no blind/curtain, so the sun was streaming in by the early hours and wasn't the best for sleeping.

Convenient for a short-notice stay but not an area I would want to live in.

Breakfast was self service cereal. Room 3 was on 2nd floor, very comfortable and airy.

Shared bathroom was OK but others didn't leave it in a nice condition. Steep stairs up to second floor. Location was not great but my car was OK parked on the street for two days.

It was fairly clean, the host was helpful

I couldn’t sleep properly whole night as the duvet was so small I am 5 foot 11 and the duvet was 4 feet. The blinds were so thin it was not blocking any light so I woke up at 5:30 am. Electric shower settings was set to lowest possible so I had to shower with cold water. It says the breakfast included there was nothing in the kitchen/fridge except for cereal without milk. Will not recommend as now I am at work and tired 😵‍💫

Worth the stay if you’re visiting Nottingham

Location is good, we were driving, but it’s very close to a bus/train station and facilities around. The owner answer fast.

We couldn’t keep the window in our room open, so the room was very warm during the day and the blackout didn’t close, so was hard to sleep because of the light. Breakfast was simple, but for the price it was a great addition, I just would recommend something salty, like toast.

The breakfast offered was very basic- there were no English tea bags ( only camomile / herbal provided. It will be nice to have some bread or Fresh milk ( only longlife milk) The bed was confortable But the steps to the loft bedroom were very steep. The hostess came promptly to attend to accessing entry to the property ( a device seldom used and therefore helpful to have more effective instruction)

Nice no frills accommodation

Room was clean and tidy, easy to find property, parking outside the house was handy.

Stairs very steep should be pointed out for those with mobility issues, no normal tea available, couldn't find milk so cereal for breakfast was not available! Also selection of stale cereal is not exactly breakfast! Room needs a blind on the skylight!!! And battery's need replacing on the smoke alarm as it bleeped very loudly all night!.
