Very expensive for what it was, close to the city hospital and parking available which is good.

Room size, small electric cooker and microwave

No salt pepper, toilet did not flush, could do with a table n chairs for eating.

just how small the bathroom was but it will still nice and clean no issues, also the toilet kept flushing itself or like making loud sounds like it was unblocking then i’d go to use the toilet she the seat would be soaked

Def not the best nights sleep but a good area base for the hospital

The location of the property to the city hospital where I was training was ideal. There was parking available. The owner did respond to my concerns very quickly.

There was no heating on when I arrived and I had great difficulty turning the knob on the radiator (so much so I thought it would break hence why I contacted the owner the first night). The property was EXTREMELY loud. I didn’t have a night where my sleep was disturbed. The floorboards on the property above creaked very very loudly and every time the occupants above walked across the floor it made a lot of noise in my room. There were also people coming and going late at night and letting the door close loudly. I had one person come in late with their phone loudspeaker on having a very loud conversation that woke me up. It wasn’t great when I am at a hospital training. Also the kitchen facilities were ok, if you are going to have microwave meals then it’s fine, if you want to cook a full blown meal from scratch that isn’t possible.

Very cosy

Everything was good, and the price was fair!

No cutting board, n'or kitchen knife, and since I'm from outside the country you can imagine how hard it is to get one, so when i came there happy with chicken breasts to cook, i had to go back outside and find things to cook, but that's not even an issue, I'm happy for having a kitchen at least 😁 I mean, sometimes upstairs neighbour might be a bit loud with the footsteps but it's not that bad.

I liked the actual room

There was an awful smell on arrival, so i had to clean everything with dettol. The sink in the bathroom was unreal. I have never had to brush my teeth over the toilet found that bizarre and unhygienic. Apart from that it was a good location, quiet, comfy, good facilities and value for money.

Exactly as described on the listing!

The studio was more than what I expected. I was given the one in the attic so the bedroom didn't have much height, but I had a seperate kitchen room and washroom. It was like a whole 1BHK apartment for myself. Checkin was smooth and no problems, location is pretty excellent, bus stop is just 2 mins walk and nearest tram is 20mins by walk. Views were excellent. There was a TV too, was very good, and the kitchen had one induction stove, one microwave oven, one kettle and a mini-fridge along with all the cutlery required. There was a pan and a pot too with ladles and knives. There was also a steel table and 2 chairs in the kitchen for me. Bathroom is good enough for a single occupant. The shower cubicle can accommodate just one person, and the shower head was good enough but it needs some effort before you can get the temperature and pressure right. Common area had 2 induction plates, 2 ovens and a washing machine, a dryer. All of them worked well as expected.

Just a few suggestions: There was no dustbins but the contact person had promptly given me a dustbin as soon as I asked him. Also one of the curtains didn't have the beads to pull the blinds but that was also rectified. My suggestion would be to install a few hooks in each room, so that we could hang stuff like keys, or towels, small bags etc. Kitchen can be supplied with some rolls of kitchen towel wipes so that we can clean up the mess ourselves. Also there was ironbox and hair dryer but there was no ironing board in my room.

Awful! Please do not book.

This was a horrific experience for many reasons.

1. Noise levels were exceptionally high with partying going on in the house during midnight. 2. Staff very unhelpful 3 Environment horribly dirty. 4. I urge you not to book this accommodation.

Okay ish

The location was perfect for what i was doing in Nottingham. I could walk to where I needed to be.

I was given the wrong instructions to enter the property. I had to text the staff while stood outside freezing. The bed was not comfortable, the toilet was not very clean, the door to the shower cubicle did not close properly.

Clean and comfortable, well equipped, great shower, convenient view of our work van on the driveway, conveniently near our work, prompt help from Misha via message service.

Noisy neighbour for a couple of nights, initial access to property was not explained properly prior to arrival, messy build site next door could easily be tidied up.

Ruhige Lage

Die Kommunikation lief vorher und auch während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut. Die Wohnung war mit dem Bus aus der Innenstadt in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Es hingen in der ganzen Wohnung Spinnenweben an den Wänden, und die waren nicht neu!! Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile ist sehr sehr minimalistisch, da besteht wirklich Handlungsbedarf oder öfter mal eine Kontrolle, was überhaupt in dem Appartement vorhanden ist. Das Bett ist leider sehr durchgelegen. Ein weiters Handtuch wäre hilfreich, da es auch keine Vorlage für die Dusche gibt, denn mit einem einzigen riesigen Handtuch, womit man sich in dem kleinen Bad eh nicht abtrocknen kann, noch überhaupt aufhängen kann, ist es schwierig, denn es gab ausser einem einzigen Kleiderbügel eh keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen, auch nicht die Jacke einer zweiten Person.

The toilet flush is broken- the water is ruuning down all the time and there is no toilet paper in apartament, smell of ciggaretes in appartament, the whole in the floor, covered by carpet
