Cheap and cheerful stay in Arnold

Very comfortable bed. Close to local amenities. Value for money. Good allocated off road parking. Located in established residential area.

Finish not great i.e sealant coming away from shower tray, shower very slow to empty so standing in water and run the risk of overflowing, towel rail not fixed to wall, missing kitchen items such as can opener, not enough crockery for two people and apartment much smaller than anticipated. Bathroom very cold!

The room is not large but adequate especially for a single person. The room has a double bed The water pressure in the shower is very high The room has the necessary amenities The surroundings are clean There is ample parking

Bin in the room was not properly cleaned before check-in. When the bin bag was removed, it revealed a dirty bin The toilet seems faulty as waste particles always float back into the toilet bowl a couple of minutes after flushing The sink in the bathroom is in a weird location - on top of the toilet tank. Hence it can't be used for brushing The key safe seems broken, as any code opens it Noise at night from neighbours in the same building - not too often though

Everything was there including kitchen utensils, the heater was very efficient, was warm all weekend, I didn’t travel with my car but I like the fact the property has a parking space and the checking was very smooth, did not have to wait for anyone to let me in.

The shower was a bit small for two people, the size of the room on the advert was different from what I was in.

I liked how the room was cosy and had all the things needed! The kitchen, on suite and storage. A fridge for snacks and food. Amazing comfortable stay would stay again.

No heating dial to turn up or down found the room to get cold once in a while but nothing that effected me wanting to stay again

Great facilities shame about the uncomfortable bed.

Good facilities including stove top and microwave in the room and a shared kitchen with washing machine. We had a night without TV due to issues with sign in however, the owners came out the next morning to sort the issue out for us. Good communication from booking to check out.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable in our room. Hardly slept and had backache for a while after getting up. The room was very dark and hot as the only window was blocked by the wardrobe. We booked 3 nights but only stayed for 2.

Tv not working as no aerial lead into TV from adjacent aerial socket. Also, although a smart TV, no apps worked. Lack of daylight as the only window is blocked by wardrobe in front of window. Room needs a different layout and/or furniture

The service from the staff was really disappointing.

It was quite difficult for us to locate the heater controller, and it took a considerable amount of time to figure out how to operate it. Additionally, the size of the room was not as expected, and each time we needed to adjust the heater, we had to step outside, which was really disappointing. Finally, on the day of our checkout, the heater stopped working. We contacted a staff member, but they mentioned that while they could come and check, it would be too late since we were scheduled to leave that day. As a result, we had to check out without being able to take any shower, which was extremely frustrating situation for us.

It was a room with a bed, bathroom,kettle etc. The price was good. Communication was entirely absent

The room was good, the price was good.

On my day of arrival, I received zero instructions from the property owner/manager. I had filled in their arrival details form, emailed and phoned, was put through to a property management switchboard in London that nobody answered, and so I was unable to access the room I had paid for. I ended up standing outside for over an hour, and if the cleaner hadn't arrived and shown me the codes to access the keys, I might still be outside. I didn't have any information about how to access the WiFi, so I had to search for the router myself. To this day I still have not received any instructions from the property manager. Improve your communication.

The property is not worth money I paid for the stay

I like the heating and powerful shower.

Lack of day light (the only window is mostly covered by a sort of wardrobe), poor quality kitchen appliances, uneven flooring, a small shelf in the shower room, no life tv, crappy internet. I felt like in a prison cell where you can hear your neighbours next door.

De locatie is goed en de faciliteiten

Het bed is echt heel klein en oncomfortabel, helaas hadden we ook problemen met de thermostaatkraan in de douche. Deze was lastig om de juist temperatuur te krijgen, op 1 dag moesten we zelfs koud douchen omdat de kraan niet warm werd.
