Very disappointed with the standard of cleanliness and safety, especially the electric radiator.

The location.

The room itself was very dirty, shower tray was dirty, walls were dirty, carpet was dirty. To be fair, bedding and towels were acceptable. The fitted radiator in the room didn’t work, there was a thermostat on it, no setting made any difference. They had put an electric heater in, it did work, but the casing around the controls was broken off, leaving switches and wires exposed. Also, no PAT sticker anywhere on appliance or plug. The television had no remote, but was operable. However, the PAT stickers on the back were out of date and from a different hotel.

No curtain at the window so no privacy had to use a towel,no central heating electric heaters supplied. Could not use the oven or hob In the kitchen there was a sign saying don’t use.

Hotel with Fantastic Staff in a beautiful location.

The booking to this hotel was a last minute decision as a result of horrible situation/experience with my previously booked accommodation. The help the staff rendered was what stood out for me. My special thanks to Beautiful Michelle and awesome Raj (the female staff). The location was great with shops around. My accommodation was a one bed room apartment. Very spacious with beautiful kitchen. Fantastic central heating system. All round great stay.

I will suggest telephone access to the reception. More basic kitchen utensils.( knives, forks, spoons etc.

While I recognize this was a budget accommodation, my expectation was that it would suffice for a brief overnight stay, given our sole purpose was to attend a show. However, I must express that this establishment should not be marketed as a hotel. It more closely resembles a hostel or HMO due to the pervasive odor and individuals congregating in the corridors. I attempted to secure alternative lodging, but due to the short notice, I was unsuccessful. Consequently, we departed at 7 AM.

Didn’t feel overly clean… a few questionable marks here and there and found a hair on my bed sheets that definitely wasn’t mine. Yuck! Parking was a bit of a stress with the hotel being fully booked… I just about managed a space round the back but it wasn’t great with a big car. WiFi didn’t work at all during my stay

Wifi did not work during my entire stay

Location was good

I had no Wi-Fi throughout my entire stay. I had important work to complete that required a stable internet connection, but the Wi-Fi never worked at any point. I raised the issue with reception multiple times, but I was repeatedly told the problem might be due to the weather, even though the weather was clear and there was no rain. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved. As a last resort, I had to purchase a one-day EE internet pass at my own expense in order to complete my work.

The shower was fantastic, I had the choice of three beds. Plenty of space, the condiments and lady on reception was fab!

One thing i liked about the property would be the size of the rooms, although they wasn’t huge i feel they were a decent size for 2 people max. another good thing would be that there was actual hot water but that’s about it.

For starters, the walls are paper thin. When i say this i genuinely mean when you wake up because someone is being loud, it is like they’re standing right next to you talking. The cleanliness was not amazing, they leave a tea station in your room and our cups looked like they hadn’t been touched in a decade as they was filthy. Not only that but then i didn’t trust the milk etc that was sitting there. Another thing that i don’t see people mention would be the lack of parking, there is approximately 5 parking spaces max, and when we got there there was only one left, so we took it. Later on we took the car for a drive to explore the town and somebody else had come to the hotel, we then didn’t have a parking space for the rest of the trip due to this. Although the bed isn’t too uncomfortable, it’s on wheels, so my pillows kept falling off the bed and the bed was constantly moving, not only that but there was some sort of stains on the bed sheets.

For the love of god, DO NOT pay to stay here! This hotel is used as temporary accommodation for the most unfortunate people in our society and it absolutely should not be shared with paying guests. It's filthy, it absolutely stinks, it's noisy, the facilities are appalling, and the mattresses are torture devices. You will not feel safe, you will not sleep, you will not be grateful to have saved a few quid, your skin will crawl, your health will suffer and you will only survive this ordeal if you have a good sense of humour and are able to raise a laugh at your own poor decisions. Avoid this place like the plague, because I think it invented it

Cheap and Nasty hotel...

Great location, 10 minutes from city centre

Booked this for a visit to Nottingham, if you just want a bed then this would be fine. If your expecting anything more dont bother... Room stank of paint, bathroom door would not lock or stay shut. Other guests made noises all night! Reception area stank of weed. The view from our room where 4 people sat on broken chairs next to the bins.
