It’s a nightmare, will not book with Prim short stays again

Sofa, bed uncomfortable. No mirrors anywhere apart from one downstairs near front door. Everywhere else is dirty, carpet, dust everywhere. Bedroom radiator wasn’t working, I rang maintenance I was asked to take a photo of the radiator. I explained the photo won’t tell you if it’s working or not, if it’s hot or cold. Then they told me they will get somebody to ring me. After an hour nobody rang and I phoned guest help again and I was given a lecture and you tube link on how to use a Hive thermostat where I explained I have the same in my house and I know how to work it. I further added that the radiator in other rooms are working apart from the room Im occupying. Guest help and maintenance call handler very incompetent. I have to give them key points on how to deal with the problem. Next door neighbour can be heard in our room shouting at her children and swearing at them. Surrounding area of the property is not conducive to a safe and peaceful stay. The front and back garden gives me a vibe that the property is abandoned eventhough it’s not. It should develop the outside environment and make it more conducive and safe to stay. The driveway is too small, can’t get the car in the driveway.

It was a horrible stay and we do not recommend anyone going

This property was really dirty dirty carpet dirty dishes and there was mud everywhere. The control didn't work. We we complain to the host and they didn't resolve the issue instead they took more money of us and they didn't pay us back to deposit.

Very disappointing but very convenient for visiting the hospital, which was the reason for my stay.

Garden was unsafe for children, broken glass, rubbish, large brambles, broken fence . Curtain pole fell down on my first morning, this was reported but was never fixed I did it myself, to maintain my privacy. Leg came off the sofa and another very loose, not safe at all, and had clearly happened a while ago as there were no threads left on the leg screw. Bed slats came off one of the beds. I moved a bedside cabinet to plug in a lamp and the leg fell off again clearly old damage as the chipboard was broken around the fixings but the bits were not there. Shrubbery on the drive impacted on getting out of the drivers side of car if reversing in and if you pulled in so you could get out the drivers side you then had to reverse out into a main road. Only one mirror in whole house, no lock on the bathroom door both these issues raised in previous reviews in 2022/2023.

Internal features good, plenty of cracks under the surface.

The beds were clean and sleep overall comfortable. TV good services available. Kitchen had all you needed. Heating seemed to work ok. Addition of washing machine was a nice touch.

Garden was terrible for kids, fences broken and quite frankly dangerous. Mould in the bathroom. Lacking any mirror upstairs. Cat poo all over front garden. Bins were also overflowing outside.
