Loved the studio, everything you need there including hair dryer. Clean. Warm. Great location for the uni.

Couldn't get a picture on the TV but didn't try asking the host...should have done but read my book instead. 5 studios but only parking for 3 cars without blocking someone in.

There was pubic hair on the soap in the shower; the toilet seat was broken; there’s been water damage in the ceiling that has been poorly repaired/painted; the blinds are broken meaning they don’t close over properly and reduce privacy at night; I could hear every movement of the upstairs occupant to the point I was woken early every morning by the noise of them moving across the floor.

The location

Everything else. Gone off milk left in the fridge, dead flies on the floor, cobwebs all in the main living area, shower has black mould all over the bottom, shower tray was very dirty inside and out along the trim also. Walls had stains on them around the toilet area, marks on all the other walls. Plaster missing by the front door and falling off, desk had marks and dents in it. Paint missing in multiple areas. Wardrobe had 1 hanger for a week long stay. Half a toilet roll provided for a week long stay. Owners didnt want to hear anything and said there was nothing wrong with the place. Refused to help with anything or even give me a refund after falsely advertising it as newly refurbished. This is not a newly refurbished place.

Greate value for the money

The location was a 20-minute walking distance from the University of Nottingham, where my workshop was held. This was very convenient for traveling, as there were nearby bus stops to go to the city center. Overall, the facilities (microwave, mini fridge, water heater, toaster, etc.) were great, the room was very clean, and there is a common kitchen also, which has many extra utilities (clothes iron, cupboards, large fridge, etc).

The water shower had issues, which limited the water speed.

Nice stay, would stay again but in a different room

Very easy check-in without any hassle. Room was nice and clean, Included a Kettle, toaster, Microwave and fridge freezer was a great addition. Bathroom was perfect for what I needed. Bed was pretty comfortable too. Overall was a nice stay and great value for the money paid.

The room backed onto the main kitchen and whilst not the hosts fault, one of the guests was making a lot of noise cooking etc... past 11pm. The room itself didn't have any cups or cutlery so had to find some in the main kitchen.

Okay room for one night at most, but lots of things need addressing for future travellers.

The room was bright and close to the centre as we wanted.

Unfortunately we had a fair few issues which resulted in us leaving a day early and going elsewhere. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, in fact it’s highly unusual as we are generally an easy going couple to please. But we felt on this occasion, this was some needed honest feedback for the owners. We had multiple issues with our room, starting off with the fact it’s right by a main road, which was incredibly loud so we couldn’t sleep very well, which we weren’t told about, and then saw a spider and large cobweb next to the mirror. Then as we went on we found these issues as well: - the plug sockets on left side of bed didn’t work after several attempts/changing phone cables etc. - Shower very temperamental with temperatures (either boiling or freezing and randomly changing when you think you’ve got it right) and shower head didn’t clip on right - Broken toilet seat/not attached properly - Throw pillows had human stains on them (photo attached) - Tv/Netflix kept dropping out for no reason, bad signal I assume Feel a bit mislead/misinformed so we decided to leave a night early and stay elsewhere to guarantee a decent sleep as we couldn’t risk all the noise when we need to do a long drive tomorrow. The basics were a bit below par and should probably be addressed. If we were only staying the one night we would’ve managed, but we couldn’t have lasted longer than that.

Great location providing basic requirements for a weekend stay.

Location was perfect. Able to park albeit a small driveway. Walking distance of city centre. Room had all the facilities required. Warm room.

Communal kitchen wasn't kept tidy by other guests so didn't feel comfortable using it. Only one cup in the room so not useful for a couple staying.

The room provided a good base for me to visit various places. It was clean quiet and comfortable

A welcome pack of tea, coffee etc would have been nice. The TV didn't seem to be getting a signal for live tv, anyone not used to technology will struggle. There were a couple of very minor issues but they didn't detract from the functionality of the room

Quiet and Easy

The property was easily accessible, the member of staff was helpful when I checked in and getting to the city centre was quick and simple due to good bus links.

Not the worst experience but could do with some improvements.

It was in a central location for what we had planned. Room was clean, self check in was easy, Free Wifi and lots of plug sockets for phone charging Etc, had facilities to make tea, coffee and a microwave. Shops close by to pick up things u may need and a Tesco express only a 5 in drive from the house. Pub lose by service pub grub and or subway Etc.

The bed is a small double and not big enough for 2 adults (of normal Size) and very uncomfortable, came with only 2 pillows, although has a kitchenette it didn't have bowls, dish soap, dish cloths, tea towels or a proper sized bin for rubbish, no cup holder for tooth brush Etc in bathroom, no complimentary tea/coffee Etc. Traffic noise was very bad when window was open as HOUSE is on a main road which isn't in description, this is a converted house. was on 2nd floor so loads of steps, be aware of this if you have mobility issues. There are 7 flats with only enough parking for 3 cars, we were blocked in at one point and had to ask someone to move.

Easy instructions for getting the key. Excellent location for work. Quiet.

The room and bathroom were clean, as were the sheets but the duvet was definitely not. A very strong smell of body odour. Very poor selection of dishes etc. no spoon and a single plastic cup. No mugs. Still good value for money but I can’t say I’d stay again.

Good value apartment in good location but hot & noisy.

The apartment was well located and good to have a fridge, toaster and microwave. The shower was hot and easy to use and everything was clean.

The apartment was on the top floor and as the weather was hot we had to open the window. The road was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The kitchen ware provided was very minimal - there were no bowls and one spoon. Listed coffee maker was a kettle. The apartment was cheap and you get what you pay for.

The layout of the room was nice, had most things we needed in the room for a two night stay.
