The cooking facilities were great to have.
A small dining table and chairs in the room would make the room perfect.

Great location and facilities! So easy being sent access codes instead of worrying about checking in and keys
Only 2 coffee sachets! Need at least 2 each.
£150 security deposit is a bit excessive, will await to see how soon it is released.

It was very secure, clean, comfy, cozy and so close to the centre. It was maybe a 15 minute walk at most.
The staff were amazing. They called as we were on our way to say they had to relocate us to a different room and gave us complimentary late check out due to works being done outside of our original room. The room it's self was so spacious and so warm for us getting there. We had loads of towels, along with tea and coffee making facilities.
Honestly would recommend Dwell to everyone.
Unfortunately, we were charged a £150 deposit/retention charge in order to check in. This wasn't stated when I made the booking. I'm sure if you book with Dwell directly it will be but it wasn't when I booked through Booking.com so it came as a shock as I wasn't expecting it.
Just to clarify when I was charged the £150 it stated that I would get it back after checking out.
This is literally the only negative to our stay.

The property is well located and has good facilities. It is well kept and clean.
The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and I think it’s aimed towards students so I was woken up at 1, 3 and 5am by loud guests returning home drunk. My friend stayed in another room that smelt damp and needed airing to try and get rid of the smell.
