Extremely Unpleasant & not worth the money.

The kitchen facilities despite the mould and pesticides (slugs)

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that guest comfort and basic hospitality were not a priority. The room did not meet expectations at all. It felt poorly maintained and not properly prepared for guests. Cleanliness was below an acceptable standard, and the overall condition of the studio room even though it is quite clearly not a studio room made the stay uncomfortable rather than relaxing. The space felt unwelcoming, and several aspects of the room and property gave the impression that little care had been taken to ensure a pleasant experience. What made the stay significantly worse was the attitude of the property host/owner. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in their communication both over the phone and the brief period we met in person upon checkout. Any concerns or questions I raised were met with hostility instead of understanding or assistance. Rather than trying to resolve issues, the host made me feel like an inconvenience simply for raising issues. Overall, my experience was stressful and unpleasant. Between the poor condition of the property and the rude behavior of the host, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. This was far from the standard of service and respect a paying guest should receive, and I regret choosing to stay here

Great 1 night stay in Nottingham City Centre

Perfect location , everything we needed for 1 night

Steep little staircase down to the room. Was clean but smelt a bit damp. Kettle provided but No tea or coffee.

The location of the building the room is in is great. Room heater worked well and the room was what I pad for.

No waste bin in the room the bed could have been a bit bigger and extra pillows. No password was provided for the WiFi (luckily I had plenty of data)

Location was the best thing about this stay

On the booking ,it doesn’t state it’s in a basement. It needs to state this on the booking. it wasn’t clean at all. The shower head was broken, couldn’t have a shower at all, the whole place smelt of cigarette smoke. The kitchen facilities was poor and not clean. Only one cup there was two of us. The amount of noise coming from the other tenants above that live in the building was bad, we didn’t get no sleep till 3- 4am. Never would I book here again.

If you can't manage stairs you'll struggle. Steep narrow spiral staircase to all rooms. A long way from 2nd and 3rd floor to the toilet/ bathroom on the ground floor. Bathroom and kitchen smelt musty.

It was good.

The location was not too bad

I was not pleased with the location of the toilet as it’s far to go up and down. It is more pleasant to have a toilet within the room. The toilet facilities are also not cleaned regularly. The kitchen also smells like dampness and almost like the walls are rotting inside. The smell seeps through to the bathroom and corridor.

Was ok, not sure if we’ll come again but then again it was the cheapest we could find near the venue

The location for sure.

We found a random knife on the top of the dresser/wardrobe thing, we found it when packing and it weirded us out. They also didn’t have the iron so we asked for it and they said they’d be there asap but they didn’t drop it off until a few hours later. There was paint peeling and a broken door handle also the place was pretty dusty and not as up to date as the photos.

Absolutely disgusting!

NOTHING the room was not cleaned before our stay.! So we walked out and booked another hotel!!.

Someone had left their stuff all over the dressing table,the bed hadn't,t been changed,there were stains all over the pillows,and it looked like someone had literally left 2mins before we went in.

No reception. No ensuite. No reading lamp. No tea or coffee. Didn't like the electronic pin operated front door or key safe access to get into the room. No TV, no wireless.

If all you want is bare basic amenities, then this the place. Bring your own loo roll, cups, sheets and a handy man as you to kick the door in to enter. The onwers don't give a shit and nor should you.

Four day stay in Nottingham

We appreciated that the accomodation was clean, equipped by functional cooker, microwave, washer and fridge. The room was quite calm and it was near the bus stations. Also the price was reasonable compared to other hotels.

The electronic security system used for unlocking of the main door was crazzy and realy UNEASY to use ! Sometimes it leasted minutes to get in... As mentioned in some previous reviews, the cutlary, particularly a knife, was missing. A manual for using the induction of the cooker would be fine.

Very Uncomfortable Stay!

Had to get cleaning guy to let me in the property. Then he had to let me in my room as digi lock/safe faulty. Stair carpets threadbare. Radiator in room filthy. Dials cracked or broken. Windows filthy. No TV in room. Shared bathroom ok.Shower good. Never used shared kitchen. Definitely NOT staying here ever again! Shocking! Very noisy at nights due to people smoking outside Robin 7 property next door. Location is the only thing going for it. Near to the castle. There was a letter addressed to Room2 lying in the hallway,behind the front door. Stated on the envelope was an investigation into Room2! Letter lay there the entire stay.

Great for a short break, small and basic.

Difficult to get into the property, with the different codes shared, I weren’t the only one on to get stuck with getting inside, thankfully I think the tenant from the flat let me in. Great location, for one overnight stay, comfortable bed. Quick response via messages.

Eu recomendaria este hotel para estadias rápidas. Achei o quarto confortável, o local tem uma ótima cozinha, a região é segura e fica bem localizado, próximo ao centro e a pontos turísticos.

Achei o check-in muito difícil, pois a explicação sobre o uso das duas senhas não é clara e poderia ser mais bem detalhada para facilitar o acesso. Você chega lá e passa horas tentando abrir a porta, já que é necessário digitar a sequência das duas senhas corretamente, sem pausas, e depois empurrar a porta, que fica emperrada. Além disso, acho as duas senhas desnecessárias, pois a região é muito segura. Há apenas um banheiro no local, localizado no andar de baixo.
