Location is close to town

It doesn't look like the picture at all. The furniture, walls, and floors are damaged; they haven't been cleaned in a long time. It stinks. Only one toilet per four apartments is constantly occupied. I had to go to a restaurant to use the restroom. It's a good thing I brought blankets, otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep under sheets that had already been used.

Location wise was only about 15/20 minute walk into the centre

The whole house was so unhygienic. Stains all over the walls and the sheets. We couldn’t even open our door fully because there wasn’t enough room with the bed there. They expected a 4 room house to make do with 1 roll of toilet paper, little-no soap, 1 fork and spoon, when as stated it had toiletries. Only 2 towels for 3 people. It says there is parking which isn’t allocated you have to find a spot on a busy road.

People were coming and going all evening/ early morning! I was in room 1 soon the ground at front, at 3am I can hear people messing in key box, lights shining through window etc.

Horrendous

Free parking on Rd, short walk into town

Very dated room. smashed up wardrobe with head sized hole in the front of it and long women's hairs in the hole and a condom on top of it. Stained pillow, un even floor/broken floor boards. Shared bathroom was hanging. Not a nice place to stay at all especially as was sharing with my 15 year old daughter. Would definitely not return or recommend to anyone

EVERYTHING, the place was hidden down a very dark narrow path. No lighting. It was overgrown and smelly. It was dark as we arrived, no outside lights to help you approach the path to the door. Entering the property was the only easy thing. I had a message from the owner to explain the details. On entering the property the hall wasn't the clean. On entering the room it was tidy but very tired. There was a wardrobe that was broken and had it's door smashed up. The windows were open and had ivy growing in. I shut these, as you could here people at the door, like they were in my room. Cobwebs, dirty sills and the bed had been slept in. It was a white sheet with dirt marks. Not stains, marks. The shared bathroom was in poor condition. It had dirt and mould around the bathrim. The skirting and doors were filthy The taps has a build up of dirty around the top, and when you did use them, they spun with the tap. After everything we decided not to stay and drove home. 😒 Not the birthday surprise I'd planned for my daughter. We were going to the Christmas Market, and theatre.

It was very dirty, there was bed bugs, carpet Beatles and mould. And why was advertised was NOT what I walked into. The stairs outside room 4 were very dangerous. And the host threatened us and was being very rude and said how do we not understand basic English.

decent, good for a cheap stay.

There was cutlery, plates and a decent communal area. The room was nice. The location of the property is very good for the price of the property overall. I think we were very lucky that there were no more than one other guest at the same time staying at the venue because the bathroom was very small and was communal so it would have been a struggle if more people were to be staying there at the same time as us. There was a corner shop just 20 meters down the road that closes at 11pm which was nice to get snacks aand stuff when necessary. I read the reviews before going there and it was adviced to bring your own toilet peper and toiletaries, I will say this wasn't necessary as there toiletaries that were in the communal area weren't used a whole lot, Im not sure if that's simply because there weren't many people staying but yeah. I brought my own and had no issues, there were also shampoos and washing stuff that were there so that was goood.

There were a lot of issues with the place, some of which aren't actually the fault of the venue I suppose. I don't want to say the room and place was messy but it definitely wasn't fully cleaned. our bedsheets did have some... suspicious stains on them and there was a phone case as well as some tags left around the room, all of which shouldn't be there, I wasn't too bothered but I'm just stating. The police came on one of the night and woke up up at midnight because they were wanting to arrest someone, after explaining it's a hotel they understandably left but it was a very strange experience for me. The bed we were staying on was horrendous, the bars were bent at the bottom so we were unable to sit on the bed normally without sinking through the bed. We stayed in room 4 (the deluxe suite) and getting up and down the stairs was very difficult, I'm a 6' tall individual and navigating around the little stairs weren't the eeasiest thing in the world. My friend is 5' and she even struggled to walk up and down the stairs with ease.

Clean enough. Good location for the city centre, managed to find a parking space. Easy to get in with the key box. Adequate space, bed comfortable enough. Would benefit from a lick of paint / simple maintenance but appreciated the value for money price.

False claims regarding facilities. No coffee / sugar / miik, just a box of tea bags. No drinks facilities in room. Toiletries NOT provided except hand soap and half a bottle of radox! One bath towel between 2 adults. Insufficient toilet roll considering there were so many people sharing the house - 3/4 roll for the 24 hours! Fridge needed a clean.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, I didn’t sleep more than 2 hours. We had hairdryer accessories in the room but not a hairdryer. The wardrobe almost collapsed on me as it was not secure so could not use. The lamps did not all work.

AVOID AT ALL COST We did not complete our stay this deffenatly was not a deluxe double room . We messaged the owner straight away , he said it was. so we put the keys back and left.

The bedding was dirty however they did come with clean bedding once I let them know , the skirting boards and top of head board and table full of dust , the door was filthy , the people above were banging around till 11pm they went out came back at 3.30 in the morning loud banging doors sounded like they where moving furniture, a really uncomfortable stay would definitely not recommend especially if you have any children with you , no sleep at all ,I did take a lot of photos but as someone came with clean bedding , I chose not to publish

Did the job just for one night

A cheap option for staying in Nottingham and did the job. The room had a sink which was handy. Bed was comfortable. Tea and milk were available in the communal kitchen. Easy access lockbox system.

A good budget option just be aware that it is shared areas, I personally wouldn’t stay here as a woman alone. The room and shared areas were not the cleanest, pillows had stains and a hair on. The stairs up to room 4 were very steep and hazardous.

This property had no hot water for a shower or bath, no TV in room, TV living room did not work and I contacted the owner who said he would send a maintenance man. He did not turn up.

Description needs updating to truly reflect what you are getting!

Although easy to pass by initially we were able to locate the property once we got out the car and took a walk (It is down a side path off the main road). This meant it was quieter than it might otherwise have been The top floor room we were in (see below for issues) was extremely warm and quiet as were were away from the front door and toilet / shower

Unfortunately the property description did not match the actual property Garden View - None from our room as we were on the 3rd floor and could see the top of a tree and a half built building site at the front of the property. The front was an astroturf garden the back concrete TV - No TV in the room. The one that was in the property was in the communal lounge / dinning area and required you to use your phone / tablet to link to view Kettle - None in Room WiFi - Poor / sporadic coverage at best and certainly none to speak of on the top floor. Even downstairs the coverage was intermittent so the buffering meant we were unable to watch the TV Room 4 - was access via an extremely steep staircase with the top section of handrail hanging off the wall Service - We had 1No hand towel and 1No bath towel between us. We requested more but were met with silence Free Parking - This is a 1st come 1st served affair on the street (12 slots available) Overall - It was not made clear that we were to have a communal Bathroom , Kitchen or Lounge / Dining area. The place was very tired and could do with some running repairs, including some oil for the front door) and a lick of paint. The Crockery / Cutlery would have been insufficient if all rooms were taken. It should be made clear that the front door does not automatically lock so when coming in / out you need to ensure you lock it after you
