The room was big and comfortable
The kettle was quite dirty, we knew that we didn't have a bathroom in our room but the shared "bathroom" turned out to be a "shared toilet" so we had to shower on other empty rooms they had...

Location, close to shops and cafes. Buses to city centre are very frequent, staff were lovely and informative with where to eat and what to do whilst we were there.
The heating system wasn’t great and we could feel a draft from the window, which is to be expected as the building is on the older side. Also the water for the shower was very unpredictable as it would either be boiling hot or freezing cold.
