Great value for money, all the essentials you need plus friendly staff.

I loved that the kitchen has been built into the room plus the bathroom close by. There was so much space and comfort, I wasn't expecting so much value in money. I was even suprised by the Washing/Drying Machine access, which really benefited me during and after my stay. Also, the staff was also very quick and helpful when needed.

The automatic light closer to the door kept turning on during the evening/night every time someone walked up or down the stairs. In the end, I was forced to cover it with the spare clothes I had just so I could sleep at night. That and the room could use some sound proofing.

Prompt response from the staff

Too noisy, there are house rules in place which sounds like you are in the military base but no one follows it. People smoking weed indoors, leaving trash everywhere, dirty kitchen. Arrived 2 hours post my check in time and my room was not even ready. Full of rubbish, piss everywhere in the toilet. I had to personally buy a bathroom unblocker gel and ise it in the shower as it was blocked with sludges. Guess that is what you get for what you pay.

Great communication, smooth self check-in, well-appointed and well-presented room. Excellent value for money.

Security could be improved. Fit a code lock to the front door, rather than a key safe - too many times this was just left on the unlock code by other guests without being scrambled, meaning anyone could enter the communal areas of the property.
