It's a cheap place to stay with free parking, if you are traveling long distance and need a break this place is perfect, very affordable, the bar is very affordable and the staff are friendly.
I guess if I nitpick I could say that the shower being in the toilet could be not ideal, if someone is having a shower you have to find another bathroom but that's really all I can think of.

Good location for where I needed (Download Festival). Free parking, quick check-in.
The room was a little damaged, but nothing that affected the stay really.

As an experienced booker this comes pretty low,but...I only want a room for one thing..to get my head down
And for £32 this ticked most of my boxes.clean, comfortable and ideally situated for what we needed. Basically a workers kip with a shared bathroom ? Fine by me at the end of the day who wants a toilet in your room ? And it was right next door. Would I use again ? As a one night stay YES....
For what we paid came up to my expectations.
