Clean and tidy room. Close to town. Car parking just outside or on street.

Bright clean room with fridge microwave and TV. Everything worked plus a fan. Quiet location and very close to Beeston rail station 5 minute walk and 6 minute journey to Nottingham centre. Tram is about 15 minutes walk away for the university and town centre
First impression, paint that front door and tidy the frontage because it can only do good for client confidence. It is off putting when the room was fine. Beware steep stairs or ask for the ground floor room. Bit impersonal only saw the owner on arrival.

The room waa spotlessly clean and the guest house was in a great location.
The bathroom was quite cramped.
The outside of the guesthouse did not do justice to the inside, the hedges etc could have done with cutting back and the front door could have done with a lick of paint

Good basic room with kitchenette outside which was handy.
Stained carpets, dust and cobwebs. Not particularly comfortable bed.
