Very clean and comfortable. I presume each room in the house was occupied as a friend failed to get a room the same weekend, but I never heard any if the other guests- it was lovely and quiet all weekend. I would recommend this to my family or friends.

Bed creaking and paint pealing off bedside tables . Shower drain blocked, water leaking over bathroom floor.

Great location for Beeston and easy access to Nottingham. Quiet area. Co-op nearby - also places to eat in Beeston town centre
Bathroom a bit cramped.

Good basic room with kitchenette outside which was handy.
Stained carpets, dust and cobwebs. Not particularly comfortable bed.
