Friendly staff and great food make for a good night’s sleep.

Easy to find and close to where I needed to be. The food was amazing and the staff helpful and friendly.

Tram noise was a small distraction.

Great location near the tram and bus services.

Location was perfect, and the room size for one person is just right. I like the extra information they put in the room, the booklet contained of recommendations and bus timetables these were both helpful to read. I would stay here again.

Everything was lovely in the room, with wardrobe space and drawers by the bedside. The only downfall was the shower head it could do with a change so that there was more free flowing water. As it was hard to use if not much water came out.

Good value for money if you just want somewhere to lay your head overnight.

The room was basic, but clean, it was all we wanted, a bathroom and somewhere to sleep. Good value for money. TV in the room, wardrobe, drawers, and shower etc, with tea and coffee making facilities. Parking available and good location. Will certainly choose to stay again.

Only one thin pillow each. Was referred to ‘housekeeping’ but that was it. Bed was creaky but comfortable. Duvet could have been thicker but room was warm enough. Walls are either very thin or we had foghorn leghorn staying in the room next to us, which did mean interrupted sleep, didn’t sound like the sort of person we could reason with, especially as he was just as loud at 6.30am. But the hotel can’t take the blame for this.

Quite clean and comfy, well located near the tram stop and relatively close to train station. Good for a one-two night alone travelers.

The walls are super thin and you can hear everything; no more pub food when I arrived (7:30), which considering this is an inn, was quite early. Food options available nearby though. No breakfast but options available nearby.

The staff were so helpful and made every effort to supply what we needed, eg. 2 extra pillows. Also the food was very good and catered well for a gluten free diet.

Hated it so much we booked a different hotel for the second night

The room was horrible. Two narrow metal beds with no headboards, lumpy pillows. The room looked like it hadn't been decorated in decades, curtains were old and cheap. The "en-suite" was probably a converted cupboard it was that small. There was no window or extractor. The room felt damp and grubby - not nice.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The private entrance to the accommodation meant that I was able to come and go with minimum disturbance to other people.

Excellent value for the money and convenience.

This is a popular and busy pub but the rooms are detached from the activity below. The room is very well insulated from the traffic noise to ensure a good night’s sleep. The pub is an excellent CAMRA rated pub with a huge range of real ale pumps. It is easily accessible to the High Street in Beeston with a number of cafes, bars and restaurants.

The bed was large, clean and comfortable

No warning anywhere on booking that there was no dinner or even breakfast possibility. Staff made me wait to check-in after a 4.5 hour drive, while they served at the bar. Room was cold Shower and shower room were minute. Location was on a busy road junction with lights and noise All a disappointing surprise

A small, older inn met my needs with a convenient location.

I was traveling solo so a single room met my needs. When I had the window open on two nights, I could hear the music from the marquee behind the Inn. The band was good. When I was tired, I closed the window and could hear nothing.

I am not accustomed to a single [twin] bed so that was less than perfect, but it was my choice. Would I reserve a single room again? Probably. A room with a larger bed would have required a street-side room, so the quiet of a room overlooking the back garden, such as it is, was preferable choice.

Very well situated for the tram. The room was light, airy and clean. There was plenty of parking. The room was lovely and warm.

The room we stayed in was facing the road so it was noisy and the trams went by every 10-15 minutes. As it is a pub people were outside drinking and chatting,which was noisy too, but expected
