Nice venue, impressive building and decent room. Stay slightly marred by room with corridor entry door outside so some noise from that, but in general this seems to be a quiet location and building. Good breakfast.

Room was very spacious. General areas have all been recently refurbished. Restaurant food was good as was service. Portions of some dishes though were very small.

Lovely hotel on the university grounds. We chose it because it was dog friendly and it ended up being perfect! We were put on the ground floor with patio doors leading out to the park area, which was great for our dog, super easy.

Nice modern venue. Spotless room, although the fold out bed might've seen better days as it did not support well. The main bed was comfortable. Generous buffet breakfast. Lovely location within university campus. Lovely staff who made an effort to be welcoming and helpful.

I stay at The Orchard quite a bit for it's convenient location. Previously, location has been it's only plus point, though I am happy to say that on this occasion, everything was improved, including restaurant food quality, service throughout the hotel and ambience. Well done The Orchard for your improvements.

An excellent university campus/conference hotel with nice, open plan reception, bar and seating area (good for meeting friends before going out) and spacious rooms. Combined with a great buffet breakfast, friendly staff and free parking the hotel delivers everything you would want. Perfect for our overnight stop around a weekend reunion and would definitely stay again.

Place is really nice. Walls think either not very soundproof or neighbours putting the TV on at 2am equaled a poor nights sleep. Will goto the Hilton next time

A really wonderful hotel. The bar and restaurant are absolutely lovely. The reception and restaurant staff really friendly. The rooms are great, really comfy beds. We used the pool which is a great facility. Absolutely faultless.
