Very bad
the beds are cheap and uncomfortable, walls and flooring old, very hot heating, no place to seat and eat no dining table. Very uncomfortable check in procedures and strict check out rules

Absolutely everything!!!!!!! Along with NO Assistance from Booking.com with regards to obtaining some sort of reasonable refund of the £657 paid to stay in this hovel. Can't believe that this has been let out at a suitable property for someone to stay in. Offered a £58 Good Will Gesture WTF!!!!!! 1 Night's Stay (Had to stay as I couldn't get anywhere else) out of 6 Nights. Comments that I hadn't informed anyone of us moving out on the Saturday morning to the Mercure Hotel!!!!

Avoid this property, it's not worth it
Very little, close to public transport.
Poor bedding, horrible condition, weeds everywhere outside, minimal facilities, poorly furnished, unwelcoming, radiators not working, mould in the bathroom, nowhere to hang coats, nowhere to hang towels, no shelves in the bathroom, no airing facilities, structural deficiencies, paint peeling off the walls, poor privacy, dirty walls and minimal attention from Prim Short Stays. This property is a health hazard and should be avoided by future tenants.

Typical UK style home, location was great.
3 reasonably sized bedrooms, great kitchen and coffee machine. Good fridge size, location was good. Tram stop close by, shopping in close proximity. close to cafes and restaurants
The front yard and back yard were upkeep, (unlike the photo) therefore could not access backyard. No means of drying your washing, ironing board had no cover on it, just wire frame. No large mirror in house to look into just a small one in the bathroom.
