Misleading pictures. Very unpleasant accommodation

Where do I start. I was in room 1. The listing is very misleading in that I wrongly assumed that the toilet and shower would be en-suite and not up a flight of stairs through a communal corridor. I was travelling on my own and found it very unsettling that in the middle of the night I would have to leave my room, lock it, go upstairs, unlock the kitchen/bathroom and then reverse it all again to go back to my room. All this when the lock wasn’t working on the door to the outside, leaving me in a very vulnerable position. This was reported by still unlocked the next day. Cobwebs everywhere. No lamp shade on the centre light fitting. One mug when the room is for 2 people. No tea towel to dry up. The plug in the bathroom sink got stuck leaving dirty water and then having to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink. I reported this and it was released only to do the same the next time I used it. Nasty smells in the corridors. Post lying around. Extremely creaky floorboards when someone moved around in the room about. Very damp smell on the entrance to my room

The room was dirty, it smelt of urine, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was on another floor and wasn't big enough to sit down on.
