The location is great for the Mayflower Theatre and the street is quiet meaning no noise at night time.
Check in was super easy as all electronic with pass codes.
The bedroom wasn't clean, there was rubbish left in the bathroom bin. Dirty bedsheets like the bed has just been made, the walls are all marked and could use a lick of paint. The shower holder was broken.
There is no way of asking staff for anything as no reply to messages and no one at the house.

Nice and clean room + bathroom. Quiet and comfortable.
Sent an email to the host twice, called multiple times - no response. It’s fine cause our query wasn’t that urgent but for someone who gets in an unfortunate situation, that’s not ideal. Also the duvet could have been more weather appropriate. Felt I nearly baked myself.

I would have liked a mirror in the room as when my friend used the bathroom there wasn’t any other to use, we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it, thank you .

The room was clean. No tea or coffee in rooms, not advertised either way, but never yet stayed in a b and b without. Room opened out to a very overgrown plot/garden. Room next door smoking outside, so smoke drifted into room. Room v. Hot but owners thoughtful in providing a good-sized fan, on when we arrived.
Communal tv, grubby family sized table, no tea, coffee, sugar to make anything. Permanent residents seemed polite. No-one to meet you, so code on front door sent in email with 2nd code for key safe. Hard work and bizarre. Smell of cannabis throughout and loud music late at night. Scruffy area situated b&b.
