Well presented. Good welcome.
Large bed. Well equipped bathroom.

Extra pillows would have been help
Entry codes were changed early in the morning. This made reentry when carrying luggage back to car difficult. We checked out at 10.15.

Good location near town and large car park over the road
We were only there to sleep and it was cheaper than the premier inn so it was fine but wouldn’t have enjoyed relaxing there!
Just a little attention to detail and some small investment in new bedding etc could improve this massively and make it much more pleasant.

No toiletries as advertised other than hand soap
A couple of tea bags and milk portions but sugar and coffee empty
Two single beds pushed together instead of double
Terrible pillows and only three of them
Two towels, no hand towels
Horrible poly cotton bedding

Fantastic location and easy to locate. It was such a large room and nicely decorated. I really liked the bathroom there was even a fan which was a bonus in this hot weather!
One of the pillows we had was horrible and I just think there’s some “attention to detail” bits that could be improved
