The only thing good was the fact we had a roof over our heads and a private bathroom

The room was small and the futon my daughter was supposed to sleep on was dirty and dangerous she got an injury to her leg when she went to get on it also instead of a double bed we had twin beds with single mattresses on one was flipped upside down when we went to flip it back over it had a huge blood stain on it. We had to buy an extra mattress topper to try and make the futon a bit more comfy for my daughter and it wasn't level at all.we took pictures but decided to not add as some were a bit gruesome (blood stain). Also 3 minutes past check out the cleaner knocked on the door and I said we are just leaving and she wouldn't stop telling me the time and we need to leave and I said 3 times we are just going .

Budget accommodation suitable for a 1 night stay

Central location was handy, self check in worked well. Large multistory car park over the road for leaving the car

Our room 1A faced the front and on the ground floor was exceptionally noisy from outside. Needs better glazing in the window to reduce this. Was cold in the room, the electric radiator gets covered by the curtains and is a fire hazard, didn't feel safe to turn it on. TV needs upgrading to a smart TV, the WiFi signal was very poor, could only get signal near the hallway. Room is a decent sized space, it just hasn't been designed well

Disappointing stay with a lot of potential if cleanliness can be improved

The property was in the city centre close to all the main sights. The kitchen was well equipped and the it was good to have a tv in front of the bed.

The property was not cleaned well before our arrival. We found a hair in our bed and the floor was quite dirty it was obviously not hoovered for a while. One of the windows was broken and wouldn’t shut so it got quite cold in the night. Also we ordered a double bed room but it was actually 2 twin beds pushed together.

Loud buzzing at night probably the fridge, bright flashing light at night from the electricity board above the bed, shower head doesn’t fit in the holder, could do with a little oven not just a hob and microwave.

I am not connected to a wifi coz I am from out of the country. Not knowing all information how to get in to the property was sent via email on the day we are checking in. Email instructions should be sent before our check-in time. Also no plug for apple charger connector on the wwll.

The location was very good, it’s near the bottom of the high st and walking distance to the red jet ferry terminal also close to the Lidl. The electronic code to the room worked well and communication was good.

I stayed in a ground floor flat 2b, it is a room not an apartment it’s about the size of a Premier inn hotel room with some kitchen appliances at one end. There are no forks and limited cutlery. The property feels like it’s been done very cheaply, the fridge is very noisy - I had the plug it at night to sleep, there are gaps in the laminate floor, grout in floor tiles in bathroom scruffy, cracked mirror and the microwave display digits are missing. You will feel the beds springs and the duvet is not pleasant.

It was conveniently located

The room was unlocked when I arrived, the doors had missing handles, the flat was dirty, the shower was a depressing trickle and the bed was uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable, shower decently powerful.

There was a shoe print and some detritus on the bathroom mat. Utensils and cutlery were not clean, so we had to wash before using. The oil diffuser was empty. The pans provided in the kitchen did not have handles and there were no heatproof gloves. Other items missing, tea towels, kitchen bin, batteries for the TV remote, conditioner. The space is a lot smaller than the photographs would suggest, I would suggest staying in a hotel for the money we spent as the kitchen is not adequate for self catering.

Not worth the risk.....

Location

Having 2 strange men walking into the room whilst I was in the shower!! Our room had been double booked and entry is with a code. The management were unsympathetic and rude as if it were my fault. There was a party in the room next door until 5/6am and when I informed staff they said it wasn't their problem and what did I expect them to do about it. A strong smell of cannabis throughout the building was probably the least offensive problem of the building. I think the rat on the stairs was the last straw and quickly left the building opting for sanctuary in my car instead!!

The appartment 3C needs lots of maintenance,The doors was falling off the cabinet in the kitchen,The shower head was leaking in the shower and the frying pan was worn out,Also the extension plug was on the worktop..very dangerous!
