As described and very clean and orderly. Location was great. Facilities had everything for a short stay.

Communication with Monica was good. The house was clean, the matress was comfortable.
The bed frame was very squeaky when you moved, the lock on toilet door was stiff, there was no milk available, for the price I expected basic tea and coffee facilities, no bed side lamps in room.
