Make sure to bring toilet paper, shower gel & hand wash with you because property won’t provide any.

The room was good. The kitchen and dining area was good.

Too much smoking air when we come out of the room. Its hard as we are non smoking 🚭 The sink was full of hair , which i had removed some.

Worse experience ever.

The shower was out of service, so I was unable to take a proper shower this morning because it was not functioning. Additionally, there was no toilet paper available in the bathroom.

Passable for the money nowadays.

Went to ikea for breakfast, did not know there was one.

TV didn’t seem to work. Could use usb plugs in the room, perhaps in the lamps and new carpeting. And a dryer for the washing machine.

A good place to stay

The premises are secure, access to the property is my secure code. The property was clean and tidy. It was quiet and located within easy reach of the city centre.

There was no shower gel in the bathroom. No cutlery in the kitchen. No hangers in the wardrobe to hang my clothes.

Handy car parking and a decent shower. The room was clean but tired and could do with a re vamp.

It met our requirements apart from issue with stairs and shower.

Closeness to city. Bus stop just down the road and only a 10 min ride into city center.

Steep narrow staircase. Difficult to carry up suitcases. Water pressure in shower was very week. the broken shower head holder also made it difficult to shower.

Good value for money if you're looking for a convenient 1 night stay in Southampton.

All the amenities you would need for a 1 night stay - not sure I would book for longer than that, but met my expectations/needs for somewhere to stay after a wedding I had travelled into Southampton for. Only a approx. 15 minute walk from the station was ideal.

Cute place.

The property was clean and the communication from the host was good. The kitchen downstairs is substantial to easily fix a meal. I enjoyed meeting and talking to other guests in the kitchen.

There was no AC, no window (or way to exit our bedroom in case of fire), no fan. We had almost no sleep due to the temperature of the bedroom, but I recognize that my wife and I are much more sensitive to this than most, being used to AC at all times. There is no AC advertised, so that’s mostly on me, but with no window, a fan of some sort would greatly help.

Does what it says on the tin.

Good value for money and clean. Close to venues where we were visiting. Easy access to railway station. Accessible by bus. Good sky light ventilation in the hot weather.

The communal areas are tired and carpets stained, clearly this is a well subscribed place to stay and this didn’t particularly bother us. We needed a clean bed and shower facilities. This is what we got.

Not what was advertised, it's NOT a hotel!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable

If you provide tea and coffee you need to provide milk and sugar as well! If a customer phones up with a problem it shouldn't take 4 attempts to get through, voice mails should be responded to immediately.

Served the purpose for a basic one-night stay.

For the price it was about right for the reason it was booked

Only real negative comment would be lack of a plastic drinking cup. May sound silly, but was missed.

Okay place to stay when cruising from Southampton.

Location is good for cruising. Private bathroom was nice. Having access to the kitchen was appreciated.

Checking in was challenging. Some of the furniture is not in the best of condition.

Lovely downstairs bedroom, with own en-suite, shared kitchen and dinning room with facilities to cater for yourself.

Lovely room in the perfect location

Room was lovely, very fresh and bright. Nice to have access to the garden. It was a perfect location for my needs. Communication from the company was excellent
