Terrible.

Not much

The pictures did not match the room at all. The blinds were completely broken and no curtain on one side. So we put a towel up on the window for some privacy. Bed was broken. Worst stay we have every had

Ex HM Forces. Iv'e occupied better accommodation in the jungle! Stay well clear....

I have absolutely nothing complementary to say about this site!

It is located above a dirty bar/club. No available parking whatsoever. No signage as to its location. Broken glass bottles next to the entrance (Bar/Club side door) along with a grand selection of stinking industrial bins from the Club/bar. I had to phone the agents in order to gain access codes to door. Steep narrow stairs (no good for my disabled cousin so we cancelled there and then). I Did check the rooms and took photos. only one of the three was ready for occupation. Please take my word, Absolute Sh1thole. Got a glimpse at the second room before hastily exiting watching the handyman breakdown a bed and rebuilding another (nice). I was unable to communicate with him or the cleaner, neither spoke nor wanted to speak English. Stay well clear!!!

Very good value for money and not as Noisy as the name may suggest!

I had a great stay at the noisy rooms. Music from the bar didn’t play every night during my 4 night stay. The walls are pretty thin and I could hear the man next door snoring but otherwise it’s great value for money compared to other places I’ve stayed in Southampton. I could feel the springs from my single bed digging in my ribs so maybe a new bed or mattress topper would be worth an investment but I am a slim build. As a single female I felt very safe.

The cleaner was extremely helpful and friendly when I checked in. I wanted to drop my bag off and she went above and beyond to help me. The kitchen area was clean and using the washing machine was helpful.

Once I moved room the noise was unbearable and I don’t have a goodnight sleep I was awake until 4am because of the Noice

The tv didn’t work but they did offer another room which I did take
