The staff were helpful, breakfast was nice. Great bathroom/ shower. Comfy bed. Air con was good. Toilets down stairs by reception are nicely decorated and clean.
The cigarette butts all over the steps outside, missing lightbulbs 💡 in the corridors, very thin walls- I could hear every word from next door. The lack of warmth and detail in corridors upstairs, some plants/ flowers on the tables or mirrors… there was a travel cot just sitting in the stairs… maybe some cushions and throws on the tired sofa. This place has STACKS of potential.

Modernised hotel with great facilities in an excellent location to explore Donegal. The breakfast and evening meals were very good and the pizza and steak nights were really good and excellent value.
Air con in warmer weather really helps - the staff were always very helpful.
Great place to explore the area - Tramore Strand was an amazing deserted beach - Glenveagh and Slieve Liege also great

Large modern room -clean
Staff were untrained and lacked direction
Poor English speaker took orders at breakfast and everyone had to repeat their order and still didn’t get what they requested
Check in staff could not find the room and told when I arrived that the hotel was full
Lights not working in the stairs to the bedroom floor and no comment made
Staff did not know where there was a working ev charger
