Had a great weekend at a wedding. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Food at the wedding first class. Will stay again.

Location is great, reception area was lovely, plenty of parking. Views were lovely. Room was lovely. Breakfast was very nice and chocolates and water in room was a nice touch.
No soundproofing in room. Could hear peoples conversations, could hear people peeing and flushing the toilet. Black mold in kettle that i had to clean but put me off using. Deserts in bar were not nice. I wanted to send sticky toffee pudding back as it was horrible but my husband wouldnt let me. Shower tray almost floods, room wasnt ready for check in at 3pm. Told by the very unwelcoming receptionist that check in was 4 and they had wedding and they would phone when room was ready. No phone call and went back to reception after 4. Hair clip in room and mold in kettle and no tea or coffee topped up in room. Asked reception for coffee and waited over 1hr for it to be delivered to room. Bed very small double but comfy. Room heating did not work and was cold. Disabled toilet's flush not very accessible
