Good spot for a visit to Donegal Town

Location is fantastic right in the centre. Room was comfortable but very warm when we arrived,sorted by opening the window and turning off the radiator during our stay. Beautiful view of the bay. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a good shower.

There was a laundry store directly opposite our room and during both days of our stay we were woken early by the staff chatting. The mirror above the dressing table is so high on the wall you can't sit and get ready at it. Other than this tiny niggles there were no other issues.

No air conditioning and room was overly warm. People knocking our door while we tried to sleep. Fire alarms going off in the middle of night. Noise level from people coming in and out all night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made our stay and are to be commended on their excellent customer service.

The hotel was slightly dated but our room was clean and well laid out. A mini fridge, complimentary water would be a welcome addition along with slippers and robes in the rooms.

No car parking. Had to ensure to be back at the car before 9am & pay for car parking. Early check out at 11 am was not informed upon check in. Room was Baltic cold! Radiators off also. No iron/ironingbosrd.

Very friendly and efficient reception staff, and we were lucky to stay in the bridal suite. All the staff were very friendly, and we would definitely stay there on our next visit. Great barman in the lounge, efficient and friendly, apologies for not remembering his name. Breakfast very nice.

Lovely family break in very central location in Donegal town

During our stay we had breakfast , lunch and dinner. All the meals were delicious. The friendliness of the staff was fantastic. Krys and Ivan the waiters in restaurant were great and provided excellent service.

The room was comfortable, unfortunately the room we had did not have a view. However we were so busy in the town we only slept there and was comfortable night sleep.

Fantastic location, decent rooms with very comfy beds. That’s all you want when staying just for the night. Bonus points for the restaurant. Food was fantastic, just make sure to book your table in advance as it can get busy!

It would be nice if they had net curtains for some privacy during day time.
