The rooms were a brilliant size for all the family.
Kids loved it. Everything u needed and a brilliant shower as I know sometimes this is hard to find. The rooms were clean and tidy and it was nice and warm at night.It was beside everything we needed.
We would definitely stay again.
The owner was lovely and checked to make sure we were all ok and happy and if we needed anything just to call. Very happy with the stay.

The location was great. Just outside the town away from the traffic. Yet it was only two minutes walk away from the town. If you get room 7 ( we did👍) or 6, you get a view of the river. Heads up on parking. The parking is on the street but not dear, however if you are lucky to get a space just outside the bar 2 doors up. No white lines on the outside. You don't need to pay.

the central location was nice but also was part of the problem
this is called a B+B which it is NOT. B+B used to mean bed AND breakfast. Not in this cae. It was obviously developed to put the least amount of investment in to maximize profit. There was no host to interact with. Walls are thin so it is a noisy spot.
