Located a short drive from town, this guest house was just as beautiful as the photos display.
We had a contactless booking and had an immediate response when we checked in without a booking (impromptu decision).
The room and house were immaculate.
Beautiful colour decor in the room, relatively small but comfy and fine for a night or 2.
Had a well equipped kitchen downstairs for guests use and that made it fantastic! We were able to cook dinner, and then make breakfast and sandwiches the next day. We met a few other guests who were lovely.
This hotel is the cheapest one we stayed in in the whole UK and was one of the BEST!

The toilet wasn't functioning properly as it constantly ran with water after flushing. A minor problem that I'm sure the owner will sort quickly

Excellent location, just a short walk into city centre. Communal kitchen was stocked with complimentary tea and coffee.
Our room was very small with a tiny bathroom. Very hot and stuffy to sleep in.
