Breakfast was lovely - each order was personally made by our innkeeper. The Inn doesn't have a restaurant or pub on site but she gave us excellent recommendations for places within easy walking distance. Donegal also has an excellent clothing shop called Triona, a Donegal company specializing in Irish Tweed from the weaving to the sewing. Excellent stuff - my wife bought one blazer and I bought two blazers.
Only thing to be wary of is steps -- Ros Dun House has no elevator. Not a problem for us but not for someone with mobility issues.

Fantastic location to Donegal (walk) and also a bonus waterfront walking trail across the street! Easy access by car and also for driving (important when you drive on the wrong side)! We had front room view which was large and comfortable.
The bed was a little soft but still good sleeps.
