Suite 5 not good for relaxing

The luxurious bedding sheets soft carpet and view the bath was super nice the whole suite was esthetically pleasing. Staff was very friendly .

Unfortunately the stay was not relaxing due to the noise levels from above... really interrupted the peace one was looking for...it settled after 10pm and started after 6am again.also the bathroom was smelling like sewerage and urine. The shower had black mold and the drainage system wasnt working very well at all..the bath took more then 2hours to drain...the shower also clogged with water while using it which we had to then shower with the water off in order for the water to run away.. drainage system definitely needs attention. The suite was definitely just esthetically pleasing.

Unbelievable value for money

One of the best value for money stays I ever experienced. It honestly felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The room was huge, cleaned twice per day and had amazing viewing. The breakfast was incredible and made to order each morning. The location is great too, we were worried that it would be a bit far from Cape Town but it's only a 20-25min drive. Ubers are really affordable and its still quite easy to get to and from the city at night time.

The location is exceptional with the most beautiful views! Staff were extremely attentive, and nothing was too much to ask. Noli in the spa gave me the best massage I've ever had, I'll definitely be back soon!

Publicité mensongère

Le personnel en globalité mais notamment Natasha et une jeune femme au petit déjeuner qui était très agréable ! Heureusement qu’elles étaient là pour relever le niveau de la direction.

Très mauvaise expérience, je déconseille fortement cet’établissement. Tout d’abord, nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions demandée, alors que nous avions payé un supplément pour cela. Il faut savoir que l’hôtel affiche principalement une seule belle chambre en photo sur Booking, alors qu’il possède une dizaine de chambres. En réalité, la chambre montrée sur les photos est une exception : sauf si vous tombez par chance sur cette unique chambre, vous n’aurez absolument pas ce qui est présenté. C’est clairement trompeur et relève de la publicité mensongère. Ensuite, ne faites pas confiance aux prix affichés sur Booking pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Ils sont indiqués comme « fixes » à 8 €, mais c’est totalement faux. En réalité, les prix commencent à partir de 8 €, ce qui change complètement la perception. C’est très malhonnête. Concernant Olivia, la manager, son attitude a été particulièrement choquante. Au lieu de s’excuser pour les désagréments et d’assumer la responsabilité de ce qui est publié sur Booking, elle a été hautaine, méprisante et condescendante. Elle ne s’est excusée à aucun moment et nous a clairement fait sentir que c’était nous le problème, alors que nous étions les victimes de leurs informations trompeuses. C’est honteux pour un établissement qui se prétend luxueux. Le seul point positif : le personnel (hors management) est adorable et fait de son mieux. En résumé : publicité mensongère sur les chambres et les prix, management arrogant et absence totale de sens du service client. Ce n’est pas honnête du tout. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.

Globalement un bon séjour car Lodge Hôtel bien situé et très agréable.. mais une reprise en mains du Petsonnel à faire

L’emplacement, le caractère du lieu, la piscine, la cuisine du « Chef »

Le manque de professionnalisme du Personnel .. tout l’équipe était pourtant attentif mais aucune mémoire des Clients. Peut être aussi un problème de communication car le staff est très jeune et tous ne parlent pas couramment anglais. Nous devions, chaque jour (et nous sommes restés 6 nuits), répéter ce que nous voulions, entre autre, pour le petit déjeuner … et beaucoup de manque de suivi .. oubli de remettre des serviettes, de l’eau, … oubli de clés dans notre chambre .. etc ..

Lage des Hotels, großes Bad, Frühstück war geschmacklich gut

Unsere Suite war ebenerdig, sehr dunkel, klassisch eingerichtet, im Teppich waren viele Flecken, Dame am Empfang war uninteressiert, Zimmer sah auf dem Foto deutlich anders aus. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Beim Checkout bestand auch kein Interesse, unseren Eindruck zu hören
